The most popular creators and streamers of today have generally dedicated their entire careers to finding viewers in one place or niche. This doesn’t apply to the popular Kick streamer and YouTuber M2THAK, who has a more diversified content portfolio than many other creators.

Originally building his audience during the early YouTube prank era, M2THAK is someone who knows how to gain traction with different audiences. Following our exclusive interview, here’s who M2THAK is, and how the trajectory of his career has been so far.

M2THAK’s early career and rise online

Mourad “M2THAK” Kadmiri started his career on YouTube during the platform’s early prank era in 2006.

He started by uploading seemingly random videos. These included pranking content, raps, and interviews surrounding local Las Vegas athletes. This old internet background kicked off his early career, helping him build confidence and learn what sort of content works, as well as the technical skills required to capture content. He also built his audience through public pranks and social experimentation videos.

M2THAK continued to evolve his content throughout the years. He ventured into Instagram, music, and eventually livestreaming. The creator also developed a reputation for being high-energy and extremely personality-driven, helping him build a clear brand image.

He found surprising success on Instagram, where he grew a large social media following and has 3.9 million followers. All of this helped him position himself as more than just a gambling creator, and likely contributed toward his desire to build immersive experiences for his followers.

How M2THAK built his brand through IRL gambling content

M2THAK shifted part of his content toward casino streaming during the rise of crypto casinos such as Stake.

While he continued to create lifestyle-centered and motivational content on other platforms, he also started making a name for himself as an online casino streamer on Kick. Instead of standard desktop casino content, he focused more on IRL streams, such as when he won big in front of the Las Vegas sign.

This focus on IRL content also forced him to prioritize production quality, energy, and audience immersion. All of this, plus his prior experience as a content creator and entertainer, helped him create memorable moments for his audience.

M2THAK’s partnership with BC.Game was one of the biggest turning points in his online gambling career. It helped him expand his reach in the iGaming space, gaining him plenty of followers on Kick. Since the M2THAK brand is centered around the streamer’s vibrant personality instead of just pure gambling, it’s easier for viewers to engage with his other content.

Another thing that helped the streamer grow his name was utilizing Kick’s clipping system. While he doesn’t usually go for bets that are as high-stakes as the top casino streamers on the platform, M2THAK’s genuine reactions help emphasize authenticity.
