Who is EmilyCC? The streamer who has been live for four years
EmilyCC has been streaming live for four consecutive years, and her streaming every second of her life in the last 1,453 days has some asking exactly who she is and her four-year stream is all about.
Subathons have become popular across streaming platforms, with big names including FaZe Clan, Kai Cenat, Ironmouse, and others remaining live for weeks or even months at a time as subscriptions keep them going forward. But one streamer has taken things a step further, running Twitch’s longest subathon ever. This marathon has been going on for 1,453 days as of November 7, 2025, with the streamer broadcasting every part of her daily life to viewers all the while.
On November 7, Twitch streamer EmilyCC officially reached four years of streaming without a break. As she hints at retirement, and here’s what we know about what’s next for her.
EmilyCC celebrates four-year subathon anniversary on Twitch
EmilyCC appeared on a livestream in a Fantastic Four costume to mark her four-year subathon journey on Twitch. While she’s been streaming for nearly nine years overall, it’s her nonstop subathon that made her a notable record-holder.

EmilyCC began streaming in November 2021. While many initially assumed her subathon would be short-lived, she later revealed that from the very start, the plan was to stream continuously for four years. Her marathon stream went largely unnoticed for a long time, until
Kai Cenat
came across her stream in late 2024 and gave her a public shout-out during one of his streams with Benny Blanco. After that, her Twitch following doubled, eventually reaching up over 400,000 as more people discovered the streamer who had quietly been keeping live every day for several years.
Since 2021, EmilyCC has streamed every single day of her life, from sleeping on camera to taking viewers along for errands with her IRL streaming setup. Her consistency has earned her the top spot as Twitch’s longest-running
subathon
streamer, going even beyond such streamers as SweatyPedals, who has been live for around three years.
Is EmilyCC retiring?
EmilyCC will continue streaming after hitting the four-year mark in her Twitch subathon rather than retiring, as she has now confirmed during a livestream.
During her four-year anniversary stream, EmilyCC wore a “retired” badge, suggesting the broadcast might mark the end of her marathon. She even mentioned on Instagram that it could be her final stream after more than 1,400 consecutive days of live streaming.

However, when she ran a poll asking viewers whether the stream should end, the majority voted no, leaving her with little choice but to continue. As a result, the subathon remains active, now rolling into its fifth consecutive year. And while it’s not necessarily the
most successful
subathon ever seen in streaming, it’s continuing to be the longest every day that EmilyCC remains live.
