Here’s what Kick Bounties are and how they work
Kick Bounties are a new feature that encourages users to stream on the platform while potentially earning rewards in exchange for completing various gaming challenges.
Kick has become massively popular among livestreaming platforms, with many streamers now switching to it or beginning to multistream on it. The platform continuously evolves and introduces features that make for a better experience for its streamers and viewers alike. The Kick Partner Program and its revenue-boosting opportunities is one such notable example of this evolution, but Kick clearly isn’t getting stagnant because of its recent successes.
Kick has recently added options to host other streamers, multistream, and
earn channel points. Now, the Stake-backed platform is introducing Kick Bounties, another feature the platform intended to improve engagement by encouraging users to complete challenges to earn rewards.
What are Kick Bounties?
Kick Bounties are challenges the platform’s users can complete to win rewards from the streaming platform, typically by accomplishing a set task while streaming a game live on Kick.
The
Kick Community website
explains that the platform issues bounties that fans can complete and the winner can earn rewards. Many of the bounties consist of completing a challenge in a given game. Participants must clip themselves completing the challenge and then upload the related gameplay clip. The first person to complete the challenge and upload the clips as a reply to the bounty as posted on social media platform X will win that challenge and unlock its rewards.

Kick Bounties have rules that participants must follow or they’ll be disqualified. Mods, glitches, and other exploits can’t be used. Anyone who uses any unfair means of completing a challenge will immediately be disqualified. Participants must also submit their own gameplay and can’t upload another user’s clips. A publicly-accessible VOD must be made available alongside the uploaded clip of the completed challenge, ensuring sufficient transparency as to the challenge completion’s legitimacy.
The reward winners can earn for completing a Kick Bounty depends on the difficulty of the challenge. Unclaimed bounty rewards will continuously increase, potentially making the challenge more lucrative for potential participants. Kick offers gifted subs to its affiliate streamers and Kick Shop Gift Cards to other winners. Winners also get their names added to the Kick Bounties Hall of Fame.
Kick Bounties are an interesting way the platform can engage viewers and streamers alike, encouraging them all to try their hand at making and uploading clips in the name of reaping serious rewards. It’s just the latest in a series of moves Kick has undertaken to improve engagement with the platform’s community and to offer more ways for content creators to make money via the platform’s tools.
