What are Card Rips? The New Way to Trade Collectibles Explained
Card rips are a new form of digital pack opening in which users can reveal physical trading cards and choose to sell, store or have them shipped to them. They are attracting serious interest among sweepstakes players. Currently, most card rip sites are separate from online casinos. However, some sweepstakes sites have foreseen the potential popularity of this form of this type of product and are offering their users the opportunity to try it.

So how do card rips work?
The card received is determined randomly. For example, you might pay $100 and receive a card worth $40. Alternatively, you could receive a card worth a few hundred dollars. The fact that the outcome is random and that the cards have a variety of different values means that card rips have a random-reward element. This is because the card received can have a substantially different value from the amount paid.
Being able to sell the cards back straight away has made the concept of great interest to collectors, casino operators and iGamers.
Can you get card rips at online casinos?
