This is why the Wanted Dead or a Wild slot has served up so many big wins
Wanted Dead Or a Wild has become the go-to slot for casino streamers looking to entertain and land a big win. We’ve seen Kick streamers Adin Ross, MarkyNextDoor, and GGEnjoyer enjoy big returns in the last few months, and it is no coincidence that they opt to play this Western-themed game.
Hacksaw Gaming takes you right into an adventure in the Wild West, but it’s quite unique. This is not the typical slot you find dusty saloons and tumbleweeds. Instead, the provider has a different setting — that of a scarlet background with scorched yellow and red hues and dead trees. But the hunt for outlaws and legendary train robberies remains standard, as with all Wild West slots
Gameplay is what stands out here: the DuelReels mechanic, where special symbols expand into wild reels with multipliers up to 100x, is responsible for that. All this gives you ways to cash in more bounty, up to the 12,500x maximum win.

Wanted Dead Or a Wild Bonus Features
The Wanted Dead Or a Wild slot features VS symbols, 3 bonus rounds (Duel at Dawn, Dead Man’s Hand, and The Great Train Robbery), and bonus buy. These all add a real depth to gameplay, so let’s look at each.
VS Symbols
These symbols appear during the base game or during the Duel at Dawn bonus round and trigger the trademark DuelReels mechanic. Each VS symbol you land expands to cover the reels and turns wild if at least 1 VS symbol forms part of the winning combination. Two outlaws will be displayed with different multipliers. A stand-off duel takes place, and the winning outlaw’s multiplier is applied to all reels, which also turns wild. The multipliers range from 2x to 100x. If the VS symbols you land are more than one, then the values are added before being multiplied by the line wins.
Duel at Dawn
The Duel at Dawn bonus round triggers once you land 3+ DUEL scatters during the base game. You’ll get 10 free spins. Remember, you can get VS symbols during this round, and for this one, they’ll be more valuable than those in the base game.
Dead Man’s Hand
The Dead Man’s Hand bonus round triggers once you land 3+ DEAD scatters during the base game. The trick with this round is to collect as many wild symbols and multipliers, since each time you collect one, the number of remaining spins resets to three. Your collected wilds will be displayed on the left above the reels, while the total value of collected multipliers is displayed on the right. The process repeats until you have three non-winning spins. Up to 20 wilds and x31 multipliers can be collected during this phase.
From there, you get to the next phase of the game — Showdown. During this phase, you’ll get awarded three free spins, with each of the spins having a number of collected wilds applied, and the wins multiplied by the total multipliers collected. The number of remaining spins will be displayed on the meter next to the grid.
The Great Train Robbery
The Great Train Robbery bonus round triggers once you land TRAIN ROBBERY scatters during the base game. It is a sticky wild bonus game where all wilds remain sticky throughout the feature. The round grants you 10 free spins, and this is one of the features where big wins tend to occur.
Bonus Buy
You can purchase the bonus games directly in the Wanted Dead Or a Wild slot on the ‘Buy Bonus’ button available on the grid. The cost is as follows:
- The Great Train Robbery bonus game at $80
- Duel at Dawn bonus game at $200
- Dead Man’s Hand bonus game at $400
The RTP when buying the bonus games also changes, as follows:
- The Great Train Robbery at 96.27%
- Duel at Dawn at 96.33%
- Dead Man’s Hand at 96.43%
Whichever edition you opt for, Wanted Dead or a Wild is a game with enhanced RTP that is substantially above average; this is one of the reasons it has seen such popularity with players and streamers.

Biggest Wins on Wanted Dead Or a Wild
The highlights of the Wanted Dead Or a Wild slot is with the up to 100x multipliers on VS symbols, high volatility, and the max win of 12,500x. This is a recipe for huge payouts, and it’s no surprise that some Kick streamers jump on this slot, and a few have been fortunate to record big wins as seen below:
- Adin Ross ($240,000+): The streamer’s catalog of big wins is impressive, and among them is his win on the Wanted Dead Or a Wild slot. Starting out with a $150 base bet, he triggered the Duel of Dawn bonus game with the VS symbols revealing multipliers that led to a $112,500 on a single spin, and a further $100,000 on subsequent spins, thanks to the multipliers of up to 20x.
- GGEnjoyer ($5,000+): He transformed a $10 into a $5,790 payout, thanks to a total win multiplier of 579x. GGEnjoyer was not even there to witness it as he stepped away after setting the autoplay feature for 500 spins. During the play, the Dead Man’s Hand bonus game triggered. The showdown phase ended with the streamer earning $2,500, and subsequent spins brought the total to $5,790.
- MarkyNextDoor (Max payout): Imagine transforming a modest $1 bet into $12,500, the max payout. Yes, MarkyNextDoor did that. The last spin posted VS symbols on all five rows: 2x, 9x, 25x, 5x, and 10x. Getting a full screen of Vs symbols means a big payout, and in MarkyNextDoor’s case, it gave him a max payout of $12,500.
- KyleTooReal ($15,000): Here is another streamer who hit a full screen of VS symbols, always a good sign of hitting a max payout. With 10x, 6x, 7x, 10x, and 20x multipliers, he hit the max win, and as if that was not enough, it went to an epic win after his jackpot grew to almost $15,000.
