Valorant's New Agent Hush: Release Date And Abilities

Riot Games revealed the upcoming Duelist, Agent 31, during the Valorant Champions 2026 grand finals in Shanghai — here’s everything we know about Hush.
It isn’t a surprise that Riot Games chose the Valorant Champions 2026 grand final as the venue to release the new agent’s cinematic trailer, as the developer has used this tactic previously. The trailer revealed multiple fresh details, including that the new agent is named Hush and she is a Duelist. Here are more details, including when Hush will be released in Valorant and how her abilities will work.
Who is Hush, and when will she be playable?

Hush is Valorant’s ninth Duelist, and technically the game’s 30th playable agent, as Agent 8 was unplayable. The new Duelist appeared in the trailer in a black outfit, long white hair with shades of pink, and glowing pink eyes. Her powers were also highlighted instantly, as she was moving objects, which showcased her telekinesis ability.
The trailer featured Hush fighting multiple gangsters, taking a Ghost from an enemy’s hands, and throwing an object before running towards it. Hush will be released with Season 26 Act VI on October 27, 2026, in the Americas and on October 28, 2026, in other regions. Players will be able to test out her telekinesis, mobility, and crowd control abilities themselves or watch the pros at Valorant betting sites.
Hush’s abilities explained
Agent 31’s kit revolves around three elements: mobility, disruption, and crowd control. Hush uses flow to reach places fast, flashbulbs to blind enemies, and telekinesis to manipulate the environment.

Flow
This ability was seemingly displayed in the trailer, as Hush threw an object and rushed towards it. Flow lets Hush create an anchor and launch toward it. This gives Hush a good way to reposition to reach inaccessible or elevated areas. It uses the agent’s telekinesis ability, but can be compared to a grappling hook.
Flashbulb
This ability allows Valorant Agent Hush to throw a flash device and redirect it toward a target while it’s airborne. The device then detonates and blinds nearby players who are caught looking at it. This is an interesting ability, as it allows Hush to adjust where the device lands, making it useful to clear the path before advancing.
Displacement
This is Hush’s signature ability and is similar to the Flashbulb. Hush can throw and control the direction of a device, which detonates and pulls players toward its centre. This can be beneficial for multiple reasons, as you can disrupt enemy positions and potentially force them to fight rather than defend. The ability also concusses players who collide with each other or walls and refreshes after every two kills.
Suspension
This is Hush’s ultimate ability, which lets the Duelist launch an orb and guide it with her crosshair. The agent can then detonate the orb manually, launching players caught in the blast into the air. This ability can work as both a crowd control mechanic and also manipulate enemy position, allowing Hush to take down opponents.
Telekinesis

This passive ability allows Hush to control and manipulate objects from a distance. The agent can retrieve dropped weapons or activate switches without having to physically enter risky locations. This allows Hush a way to use her abilities outside of combat.
