True Labs Set To Change Direction With New CEO

True Labs started life as an experimental crypto casino in 2018 within the True Flip Group and has since evolved into an independent entity, boasting more than 40 crypto casino games and a network of supporting partners. Its evolution is set to continue with the appointment of a new CEO on September 1, 2026, with Sergey Glamazda confirmed as the Malta-based company’s new chief executive.

Glamazda Brings Industry Expertise to the Role

Before joining True Labs, Glamazda amassed a wealth of industry experience. He worked with PARI betting for over two years, focusing on gaining new users and maintaining the interest of existing customers whilst promoting the activities of streamers and overseeing media rights. He has also worked as CEO of prominent esports betting team Virtus.pro and GameBeat, developer of an extensive range of casino slot games.

True Labs at a Pivotal Stage In its Development

Glamazda has joined the organisation at a stage where growth and change is very much on the horizon. He said: ‘“I’m joining True Labs at a very important point of the brand’s lifepath and overall market situation. The market now needs tools that actually help operators make decisions: on retention, on partner segmentation, on how they engage players around big wins.”

The new CEO is set to focus on using his experience to “build products around the audience, not around metrics for their own sake”. He believes that True Labs’ customers will benefit from their expert analysis that should “provide customers not just with numbers, but with actual solutions and insights that could help them boost their business”. They have released 19 new slot games this year, and plan to develop the production of content for games and promotions.

What does this mean for True Labs?

The appointment of Glamazda heralds the growth of this prominent iGaming provider, which is licensed in Malta, Curaçao and Anjouan. With plans to increase the range of games on offer and to expand the presence of True Labs on an international basis, the new CEO looks set to drive the growth of the company and to enable True Labs to become an increasingly dominant player in the iGaming industry. It seems likely that the number of partners will increase, and more crypto casino players than ever before will have access to True Lab creations, which includes the popular Red Hot 50 slot. The focus on user experience and creating an adventure for players is what will continue to set the slot provider apart in a crowded industry.
