Trainwreckstv reportedly joins Partyhat Play as co-owner
Tyler “TrainwrecksTV” Faraz Niknam appears to be expanding his already diverse portfolio, with the prominent casino streamer seemingly joining slot provider Partyhat Play as a co-owner.
Trainwreckstv is a widely known name in the gambling industry because of his willingness to stream high-risk games, which then go viral everywhere as he regularly wins big. The streamer is rumored to be
one of the richest gambling
streamers and is consistently expanding his business portfolio. Trainwreckstv recently
joined Donut Gaming as a co-owner, and now news has surfaced that he has picked up another slot provider to get involved with.
What is Partyhat Play?
As our
Stake.com review
outlines, Partyhat Play is a slot provider that hosts its games on the site and advertises itself as having
enhanced RTP slots. Trainwreckstv played one of its slots in a recent livestream, winning close to $1.4 million. The streamer hasn’t yet verified the reports of him now being a co-owner of the slot, but
Partyhat Play has been resposting claims of Trainwreckstv’s alignment with the slot provider.

This is the second slot provider that Trainwreckstv has become a co-owner of just this month, which signifies that
the casino streamer may be trying to expand his gambling ventures, rather than just relying on pure streaming. This can prove beneficial for the streamer for multiple reasons, including less reliance on risk while playing and passive income from Partyhat Play and other providers he owns.
Trainwreckstv isn’t the first gambling creator to own a slot provider, and Felix “xQc” Lengyel revealed in 2025 that he also
hosts his very own slot on Stake. This trend may be common in just a handful of big-name streamers, but could very well become commonplace if it fares well for xQc and Trainwreckstv.
Trainwreckstv’s other business ventures
The streamer
has a diverse portfolio and isn’t just picking up slot providers. Trainwreckstv is also a co-founder of the livestreaming platform Kick. While his exact share is unknown, this is a significant asset, as Kick is one of the leading livestreaming platforms — the American has landed spectacular wins in recent months, including
$6.5m in April.
Nonetheless, the time when streamers would focus on sponsorships and platform revenue alone is slowly fading away; creators now want to build their business so they earn in the long term. This is a good method, as it is clearly
less risky than relying on a single income stream
and it can also enhance name recognition and put them in control of their own destiny.
