How Trainwreckstv hit a multi-million dollar win on Keno Xtreme

Keno is already one of the higher variance games on Stake, but Keno Xtreme turns the dial up even further. This was evident when Trainwreckstv landed a 50,000x win during a recent stream in what was a remarkable session of the Degen Lab game.

Keno is a simple game of picking numbers from a table, and relies fully on luck. However, streamers have played it so much that it can often feel predictable, and even repetitive. Keno Xtreme, though, isn’t a game you can figure out in a few tries. The casino mini game takes gambling to the extreme level by giving bettors an actual shot at landing a big win.

For his latest stream, Trainwreckstv decided to take the new Keno game for a spin, and fans were surprised when he landed a 50,000x win on one of his first tries for a $5m payout.

Trainwreckstv hits it big on Keno Xtreme

For his Keno Xtreme session on Kick, Trainwreckstv started with a base bet of $10,000 on Stake. Instead of trying the base version first like many would, Trainwreckstv entered the pricey Super Boost feature, which costs 100x the base bet. While this is clearly not advisable for most players, Trainwreckstv is no ordinary bettor, having won $12.2m during a recent slot session, and a lot was on the line — $1,000,000 to be precise.

For context, what Super Boost does is draw 2 extra numbers beyond the standard 10, giving 12 total reveals, and randomly boosts one of the selected numbers to multiply winnings by 100. For Trainwreckstv’s session, the game’s Degen volatility mode was active, which carries a stunning 50,000x max win.

Trainwreckstv had selected numbers 1 through 7 as his picks. The streamer first landed two, and three, winning back a small share of his base bet. But, he had to hit at least six on the nail to justify the buy-in. If he landed six numbers out of seven, he’d be in for the game’s max win, but it was an outcome that appeared quite far-fetched even though he had a comparable win on Keno earlier this year.

In the next few attempts, his entire selection appeared in green, save for number four. That meant the streamer had hit the game’s best possible outcome of 50,000x win. This was confirmed by the addition of $5,000,000 to his total balance, and Trainwreckstv’s predictably over-the-top reaction. The streamer yelled that he knew he would land a massive payout on Keno Xtreme, even if the chat could not have predicted a win of this scale.
