Will Tom Holland’s Spider-Man Be in Doomsday? Use WINGGPREMAR Promo Code on Kalshi

Mild spoiler warning, but Spider-Man: Brand New Day ended how most MCU movies end, with a promise that the character “will return”. For example, after The Fantastic Four: First Steps, the closing tagline was “The Fantastic Four will return in Avengers Doomsday.”
For Spider-Man, though, there was no title, just a promise that he would return without any clear indication of when that might be. Many expect him to be back for Secret Wars, the immediate follow-up to Doomsday, but that’s not guaranteed.
Could he be in Doomsday after all? It’s possible, and the popular Kalshi app has a prediction market for Tom Holland’s version of the character and many others, giving a little bit of insight as to who traders are expecting to see in the upcoming film, which is set for release on December 18, 2026.
Kalshi prediction markets for Spider-Man in Doomsday
Will the MCU Spider-Man show up in Doomsday? Following his introduction in Captain America: Civil War and his first solo outing in Spider-Man: Homecoming, Tom Holland’s version was in both Infinity War and Endgame. If he misses Doomsday, it’d be his first absence in the series.
As the above widget shows, Kalshi traders are unsure of whether or not he will be in the movie, though. Traders’ opinions are mixed in this market, with 56% of traders believing Holland will show up in the movie that already has an admittedly massive cast at the time of writing. On the one hand, he’s obviously their most marketable and profitable character, as Brand New Day is smashing box office records. It is not impossible, then, that he at least makes a cameo appearance.
Other characters who might show up
We know for sure that Reed Richards, Thor, M’Baku, Namor, Ant-Man, and others will be in Doomsday. The trailers have confirmed the appearance of a large number of characters. Others, though, have been left out, and it has sparked the question: If this is such a threat to everything, why wouldn’t existing heroes be included?
That seems to be the logic applied by Kalshi traders. Iman Vellani’s Ms. Marvel hasn’t been confirmed, but 60% of traders believe she will be included. 59% believe the unconfirmed Kate Bishop, played by Hailee Steinfeld, will appear, too.

Here are some other characters and their percentages as of now:
- Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine: 85%
- Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool: 86%
- Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man: 87%
- Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange: 72%
- Teyonah Parris’ Monica Rambeau: 68%
- Benedict Wong’s Wong: 67%
If Doctor Doom really is the threat to end all threats, then the Avengers certainly need all hands on deck, but at some point, the movie’s cast would be simply too large to include all of these characters. It may be teetering on the edge as it is.
Some longshots include:
- Xochitl Gomez’s America Chavez: 35%
- Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel: 33%
- Halle Berry’s Storm: 21%
- Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk: 20%
- Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man: 13%
Even Jonathan Majors as Kang, whose off-screen issues led to Marvel pivoting entirely away from the Kang storyline, is getting 6% of yes predictions from Kalshi traders. This is just one of hundreds of movie-related markets at Kalshi, and the site recently launched its Pro version for more extensive financial trading-style tools.
