Team Spirit have not lost a single series at this Major. The team took down G2 Esports in the quarter-finals, but it took four overtimes in the decisive map for them to cross the finish line. That series was way too close for comfort.

Though Team Spirit got the job done and secured a semi-final spot, it’s hard not to question their form. The team is missing their coach – hally – who is an integral part of the roster. The players have looked lost in some rounds against G2, and things only get harder from here.

Team Falcons are coming off a massive win, taking down the best CS2 team in the world –  Team Vitality. It was a hard-fought series that went all the way, but Team Falcons were the better team throughout.

The team’s rookie kyousuke dropped a nuclear 1.43 rating, with m0NESY not too far behind. If these two youngsters can keep up this form, Team Falcons’ chances of winning the Major are extremely real.
