Team Spirit vs Iron Wing Match Analysis

Team Spirit will take on Iron Wing in a very important upper bracket match. Both teams are going to pull out their pocket strats for this one and get one step closer to the TI15 prize pool.

Team Spirit were on a tear in the Swiss Stage, starting their campaign with a 3-0 record. However, they suffered a 0-2 loss against TEAM VISION and proceeded to lose 0-2 to Nigma Galaxy as well in a huge upset.

Despite the hot start, Team Spirit ended up in the Elimination Stage, where they faced Team Resilience. Yatoro and company did win, but it took them three maps to get the job done against a team ranked at the bottom of the TI15 power rankings. Overall, Team Spirit have slowed down and we even believe they’re a little overrated.

Iron Wing had a mediocre start to the event, ending the Swiss Stage 3-2. Their losses were against BoomBoys and Team Liquid, which are two highly-rated teams. And even in those losses, Iron Wing put up good fights, pushing both series into three maps.

After their losses, Iron Wing bounced back, taking down Team Yandex – one of the favorites to win TI15. Overall, we’re very impressed with Iron Wing’s performances in their recent matches, and they’ll only get better with the momentum they’re building up.

Team Spirit have a positive record against Iron Wing in head-to-head records this year, but most of these matches don’t really count because there were stand-ins on either side on almost all maps played.

Team Spirit vs Iron Wing Betting Picks and Predictions

Team Spirit did have a hot start to the event, but we can’t ignore the fact that they lost to Nigma Galaxy and even dropped a map to Team Resilience. On the other side, Iron Wing won against top teams like Team Yandex and looked untouchable against GamerLegion.

We believe Team Spirit aren’t as good as people think, and will be backing Iron Wing since they definitely have something up their sleeves. As a result, we’re taking Iron Wing to win the series, though the Over 2.5 maps market does look very possible.
