| Betting favorite | T1 |
T1 has seen its fair share of ups and downs in 2025, with the team impressing in the recent MSI and EWC tournaments but only just making it into LoL Worlds 2025. While the team’s matches against iG and FlyQuest were strong, it’s coming off two consecutive losses. The same applies to 100 Thieves, a team that found an early upset by winning against BLG but hasn’t been able to repeat that success.

T1 vs 100 Thieves match preview
It’s already known that T1 has strong mid and bottom lanes. Faker is steady and reliable, while Gumayusi receives consistent support from Keria. The team’s jungler Oner has seemingly been getting tilted by the team’s opponents. Anyone’s Legend and Gen.G both exploited his lack of map awareness to find an early lead against him. While not to the same extent, 100 Thieves has utilized similar tactics to get ahead of its opponents, and it could repeat that tactic here.

T1 is overall the stronger team and could dominate at least one of the first two games played here. But 100 Thieves may also find an opening with the assistance of fearless draft rules, with T1’s lack of broad champion mastery having led to its defeat multiple times before. In particular, Faker, Oner, and Doran have limited champion pools. Pair that with 100 Thieves’ players having the communication required to constantly put pressure on lanes and open up opportunities for jungle objectives, and the team may threaten T1. It could be a good idea to bank on the match having over 2.5 games played, a pick that could yield high returns.
T1 is more reliable when it comes to securing first blood thanks to its stronger early game. It also wouldn’t be a surprise if T1 secures the first Baron, two bets with potentially decent returns. And ultimately, there’s a good chance that T1 will win the match, eliminating 100 Thieves and moving to the fifth round.

T1 vs 100 Thieves betting picks & predictions
100 Thieves and T1 have both left a lot to be desired at times in the 2025 LoL Worlds Swiss Stage, but the gap in teams played can’t be ignored. T1 lost against betting underdog Anyone’s Legend and tournament favorite Gen.G while still putting up a decent fight. By contrast, 100 Thieves couldn’t do much against Top Esports, who have lost 0-2 to two LCK teams already. The unorthodox playing style of 100T and shaky state of the two-time defending champions from Korea could give the LTA team at least one game, but the LCK side will likely walk away the victor.
Best picks
- Total maps to be over 2.5 @ 3.50: T1’s unreliable state may give 100 Thieves the chance to win at least one game, taking this match the distance.
- T1 to get first blood @ 1.62: T1’s early game is fairly strong, potentially helping it to secure first blood.
