Sykkuno returns to streaming after cheating controversy

Twitch streamer Sykkuno stepped away from streaming and the internet following cheating accusations levied against him earlier this year, but he has now returned and also discussed the situation in his comeback broadcast.

Sykkuno became famous with his Among Us content, but the streamer continued to expand and then became known for his Valorant collaborations — he even streamed alongside many top creators, such as Disguised Toast and Corpse Husband. The streamer gained a reputation for being an easy-going personality, but this changed in April 2026, when he was accused of betraying his girlfriend. The allegations started with a single VTuber but blew up so much that Sykkuno ended up going on a break. Sykkuno has now returned, and he has an update for his fans.

Sykkuno returns to Twitch after two months

Roughly two months ago, Sykkuno was accused of cheating on his girlfriend and manipulating several women. The streamer had responded to the allegations, confirming them and revealing that he was stepping away from the internet to work on himself. On June 2, Sykkuno returned with a stream titled “I’m back”. The streamer stated that he was attempting to repair his relationship with his girlfriend. He elaborated that what he did to her “was horrible” and expressed his regret.

Sykkuno also shared with his viewers that he and his girlfriend are still together and heading in a “good direction”. The Twitch streamer stated that his return was a mutual decision between him and his girlfriend, and he wouldn’t have returned if both of them weren’t comfortable with it. He thanked his fans for their support, and the broadcast ended with Sykkuno saying he isn’t sure about his streaming schedule.

The streamer’s cheating controversy came into the limelight in April 2026, when vtuber Hemomal accused Sykkuno of being a “serial cheater, liar, and manipulator”. The VTuber shared a detailed document of their alleged relationship. This led to several other creators coming forward with their own allegations against Sykkuno.

The cheating drama also started beef between Felix “xQc” Lengyel and Imane “Pokimane” Anys, with each supporting Sykkuno or the alleged victims. Sykkuno also responded to the allegations, admitting to cheating and apologizing to his fans.

Now that Sykkuno is seemingly returning to streaming, fans will be waiting to see if he continues with the same level of frequency as before this drama kicked off, as well as the type of content that he produces. The American currently has 3.8 million followers on Twitch.
