All about The Streamer Awards 2025: Dates, nominations, and voting

The Streamer Awards is one of the most anticipated events in the industry, and with the 2025 iteration is no exception, we have the details including the nominees, dates, and how fans can vote for their favorites so that the most popular content creators can win.
The nominations for The Streamer Awards 2025 are out, and host Blaire “QTCinderella” has already received much backlash from viewers alleging that she may have purposefully excluded some streamers. QTCinderella has responded to the claims, stating that “problematic” content creators often don’t appear because their viewers don’t vote when it counts. While fans remain split about the situation, many popular and talented streamers are present on the list of nomineens. For fans who need to know who made it to the nominations, how to vote, and when the event will be broadcast, we have all of that and more.
Why is QTCinderella getting backlash about the Streamer Awards?
When the nominations for The Streamer Awards 2025 were announced, many fans noticed that Kick-exclusive content creators were missing entirely, which sparked conversation that QTCinderella had intentionally excluded them.

QTCinderella has talked about the idea that she purposefully left out streamers exclusive to Kick and Rumble, claiming that while many “problematic” content creators do have a fan base, they don’t come out and vote around events like this one. QT isn’t new to drama, but the discussion around the possible exclusions did seem to bother her as she became emotional during her response.
Her comments sparked a larger dialogue with viewers and other streamers weighing in on the situation. Zach “Asmongold” Hoyt chimed in, claiming the controversial streamers are typically not nominated due to the potential risk of sponsors backing out. He later went on to offer a $100,000 reward if QTCinderella could prove that the voting behind The Streamer Awards was completely legitimate and based on fan sentiment.
How and when to vote for The Streamer Awards 2025
The Streamer Awards voting period has officially begun and will only last for two weeks, so fans must vote for their favorites quickly to increase the chance of winning.
Voting for The Streamers Awards is done on the event’s official website, and fans must be signed into their Google or Twitch accounts in order to be able to cast their votes. The voting period is now live and will last through November 29. While fans’ votes count the most, panelists’ votes also factor in for 30% when deciding on the winner. Fans will also have the option to amend their votes for the duration of the voting period.
When are The Streamer Awards 2025?
The Streamer Awards 2025 will take place at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles on December 6, at 3 PM PST.
The much-anticipated event will be broadcast live on QTCinderella’s Twitch channel and will feature red carpet interviews and live performances before the actual awards are given out. Although the venue is based in Los Angeles, the event can be watched live worldwide via livestream, just as in previous iterations. QTCinderella hasn’t announced who her co-host will be this year, so fans are in for a surprise on who will join the popular streamer.
The Streamer Awards 2025 nominations
A broad variety of streamers are among the nominations for The Streamer Awards in 2025. While there has been controversy regarding some of the names left off of the list, particularly given that no streamers exclusive to Kick or Rumble have made an appearance, the list is still full of popular names from around the streaming world.
