FaZe Clan streamer Rani “StableRonaldo” Netz has created a new Kick channel, officially joining the platform while sharing his streaming plans going forward.
StableRonaldo’s gaming career started when he got his first gaming laptop at just 13 years old. The streamer started playing Call of Duty and Fortnite, even competing in a tournament for Epic’s Battle Royale. He made his first channel in 2016 but started uploading more content in 2019 when he finally decided to pursue content creation as a career.
StableRonaldo started to gain fame and collaborated with other streamers like Cody “Clix” Conrod. The streamer gained even more traction in 2020 and hit the one million Twitch followers mark. He has now joined trending platform Kick and his fans wonder whether StableRonaldo will leave Twitch or multistream his content.
FaZe streamer StableRonaldo stated in a stream that his community is on Twitch, so he doesn’t plan to stream on Kick exclusively.
In the stream, StableRonaldo stated that he was moving to Kick and would stream full-time on the Stake-backed platform. The streamer announcing his intent to stream on the platform didn’t surprise viewers, but many expressed shock at him apparently leaving Twitch. It turned out that he was trolling fans, as he later clarified in the broadcast that he wouldn’t stream on Kick exclusively. The content creator jokingly claimed he’d only switch permanently to Kick if the platform offered him a huge deal worth $40 million.
StableRonaldo was talking about streaming on Kick in a lighthearted manner, but his creating a channel on the platform confirms that he may soon stream be streaming there in addition to Twitch. The streamer stated he’d multistream his content, similar to what other FaZe members like FaZe Rug and FaZe Kaysan have done after recently joining Kick. He said his many fans on Twitch wouldn’t be too happy about him migrating exclusively to Kick, so he wouldn’t do that.
Kick’s higher revenue split and the massive amount of money that even new streamers on the platform are reportedly earning have attracted multiple popular content creators to the platform of late.
Zack “Asmongold” Hoyt claims he made more than $36,000 in just two days on Kick, and John “Tectone” Robertson stated he’s making several times more on Kick compared to his revenue on the Amazon-backed Twitch. StableRonaldo was himself shocked after seeing how much money FaZe Kaysan makes by multistreaming on Kick. The two FaZe streamers defended Kick from some critics who questioned the move.
Prominent Kick streamer Adin Ross also gave a shout-out to the multiple FaZe streamers joining the platform. He specifically mentioned FaZe Kaysan and FaZe Rug, who already announced they’ll stream on Kick. The streamer also mentioned the names of StableRonaldo and Lacy.
