Sentinels vs Leviatan match analysis
Unfortunately for Sentinels, the team’s new roster hasn’t had the needed time to work out some clear issues. johnqt is the only player left from the Sentinels roster that last won a Masters event, and it’s painfully obvious watching the side now. The veteran player is usually the only one performing well, giving his team some chance at victory.
While reduxx shows promise as a duelist, the team’s newcomer IGL Kyu likes to put the player on agents such as Omen, effectively stopping him from making entries as a duelist. This uncertainty stops reduxx from realizing his potential as an entry fragger on agents such as Yoru.
Leviatan was extremely unlucky with its first opponent in this tournament, facing Cloud9 right out of the gate. But the team shows promise, especially with Neon playing so well in his debut match. While the team’s roster could turn into a force to be reckoned with some months down the line, it currently suffers from a lack of communication, which can lead to inconsistency.

Still, the dominating win against KRU Esports proved the team has the raw firepower to comfortably win pistol rounds. Because of this, it may be a good idea to side with Leviatan winning the initial rounds against Sentinels.
Most Leviatan players seemingly pick agents that aim to set the stage for Neon. While there’s a strong chance that Leviatan will cause an upset against Sentinels, things won’t be easy. Sato doesn’t perform too well as a fragger, and the rest of Leviatan only occasionally shows up. johnqt is the most consistent player in the match and could work with reduxx to win at least one map.
Beyond that, it’s hard to imagine Sentinels doing anything else impressive. N4RRATE hasn’t performed well as the team’s primary duelist in the entire Americas kickoff tournament, and there’s only so much cortezia can do on his main agent Viper.
