YouTube giant James “MrBeast” Donaldson is back with a new 50-streamer event in which content creators will compete to win $1 million, and it’s already drawing backlash over who’s not on the roster as much as it’s being celebrated for who is.

MrBeast isn’t new to larger-than-life events, as he has built an entire career on making outrageously big viral challenge videos that bring in millions upon millions of views and have made him the most subscribed YouTuber on the platform, as well as one of the richest. He even joined the livestreaming platform Kick and collaborated with Adin Ross and Félix “xQc” Lengyel in a record-breaking charity stream, proving that even charity streams are something he has to go big on.

MrBeast is now hosting another massive event that will feature the 50 “biggest streamers” battling it out for a seven-figure prize.

MrBeast’s 50-streamer event roster revealed

MrBeast has revealed the roster for his upcoming event, and it features 50 of the biggest streamers, including Kai Ceant and vtuber Ironmouse.

The exact format of MrBeast’s latest event hasn’t been unveiled, but it’s highly likely it’ll follow the structure of past competitions. MrBeast is famous for hosting events where participants compete in both physical and mental tasks, with some being eliminated daily based on their success. The events continue until only the winner is left, and they can then donate their winnings to a charity or to their fans.

The 50-streamer event will see some of the biggest content creators competing against each other for the $1 million prize. There will likely be group tasks where fans will be able to see their favorite streamers come together into teams and strategize to win, while other challenges will be scrappy individual competitions.

The event will be streamed on MrBeast’s YouTube channel, and the winner will also be announced there. Streamers will also likely co-stream the event on their own channels across a variety of platforms and share other clips from the competition.

Fans outraged Adin Ross isn’t on MrBeast event roster, streamer gives potential reason

Fans of Kick streamer Adin Ross were quick to express their displeasure at MrBeast not including Ross on the streamer event roster despite having streamed with Adin during a recent charity event. Adin Ross discussed his name being excluded and gave a potential reason as to why.

Adin Ross collaborated with MrBeast during the YouTuber’s first Kick stream, helping raise an astonishing $12 million for charity. Despite this, Adin Ross still isn’t on the roster for MrBeast’s upcoming event. The streamer’s fans were quick to notice this with many posting on social media, claiming that Adin Ross is one of the “pioneers” of the streaming industry and asking why he was excluded.

Adin discussed the situation in a stream with Nicolas “Sneako” Balinthazy, stating that many of the content creators who declined to collaborate with MrBeast during his charity stream are now invited to the event, indicating that some streamers were less than keen to participate in anything that involved Ross. The Kick streamer joked that maybe MrBeast didn’t like that Adin had a Stephen “SteveWillDoIt” Deleonardis soundtrack playing in the background.

Regardless of why exactly MrBeast kept Adin off the roster, many of Ross’ fans clearly aren’t happy about it given their recent collab.
