First start making picks and predictions using Thrillzz Sweeps to collect Prize Tickets. Once you’ve collected at least 50 Prize Tickets, you’ll be able to redeem these for real money prizes. To redeem your Prize Tickets, head to the redemption page in the Thrillzz app and follow the steps on-screen. Each Prize Ticket you collect can be redeemed for $1, which is the same as the typical rate of Sweeps Coins for any new social casino.
Customer support – always available for a helping hand
Hopefully you won’t need help using Thrillzz as they have a very extensive FAQ page on their website, however, if you do ever need support, there are plenty of contact options to get in touch with customer service.
- You can submit an online contact form via the app, these are pretty simple to complete and you can include as much detail as you like.
- You can also get in touch via social media. Thrillzz has a social media account on pretty much every social media platform including Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
In terms of response times, if you submit an online contact form you can expect a response within 24 hours. Although I found that when I tested the online response time for this Thrillzz review, I got a response in a couple of hours which is way less than what they say to expect so I was very happy with that.
Something to keep in mind is that Thrillzz is a Colorado based company which means that it keeps office hours according to Mountain Standard Time. Which means that your response time may vary depending on where you are in the US.
If you love social media you’d rather get in touch that way then you can also expect a quick response here. X is a pretty good option because Thrillzz actually runs a separate X account just for support, so you can DM the account directly with your query and they generally don’t take more than an hour or two to get back to you (depending on the time of day!).
