If you login to your account consistently then you’ll be able to claim 10,000 Gold Coins and 1 Sweeps Coin. If you add this up over a whole week you could have 70,000 Gold Coins and 7 Sweeps Coins to play with.
Mail-in bonus
The mail-in request is a classic sweepstakes casino offer and it works exactly the same as described in my SweepNext review. You’ll find a full breakdown of how to claim the mail-in bonus in the ‘Sweepstakes Rules’ on the site. But to give you a brief overview – you’ll need to hand write a postcard and mail it to the SpinQuest headquarters. If you do this successfully then you’ll be rewarded 5 Sweeps Coins per request. Just make sure that you include your postal request code, which you can use to claim the mail-in bonus as many times as you like.
SpinQuest usability
My SpinQuest review wouldn’t be complete with touching on the usability of the site, although I will keep it brief. SpinQuest has a dark minimalist aesthetic to allow the game cards to pop against them. You’ll find quick links in a horizontal bar so you can jump between different game categories. Speaking of games you’ll find nearly 1,000 titles in the game library from providers like No Limit City, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming and Slotmill. There are even some live social casino games provided by ICONIC21 to be found also.
SpinQuest payment methods
SpinQuest is completely free to use just like any sweepstakes casino, but some players still choose to purchase Gold Coin packages to boost their virtual currency balance. If you’d like to do the same, then you’ll need to know what payment methods are available to you. One thing to note for this SpinQuest review is that there are only two payment methods available: Visa and Mastercard. The majority of sweepstakes casinos have a wider range of payment options that often include e-wallets for example, so it is a little disappointing that there are no such options here.
Sweeps Coin prize redemptions
If you play frequently at SpinQuest with Sweeps Coins you’ll have the opportunity to redeem those that you win through gameplay for real money prizes. There are some rather unique playthrough requirements to be aware of that I almost got caught out by when preparing for my SpinQuest review.
Any Sweeps Coins that you get for free as a bonus with Gold Coins package purchases only need to be played once before they’re eligible for prize redemption. However, any Sweeps Coins that you redeem through bonus offers such as the welcome bonus or daily login bonus must be played through at least three times to be eligible. This is quite frustrating and not something that I’ve seen before on other sites.
Usually, playthrough requirements are consistent across Sweeps Coins regardless of how they’re gained to avoid confusion. You may have seen in my Sidepot.us review that the 1x playthrough requirements apply to all Sweeps Coins which is the norm for similar sites.
Customer service
Let’s get one thing out of the way first, I didn’t find a live chat function when researching for this SpinQuest review. This is a very popular way to get in touch with the customer service team so it’s understandable that some may be disappointed.

I did some searching for this SpinQuest review and found that the platform is owned and operated by Social Gaming Room LLC. SpinQuest is registered in California and can be legally accessed from 44 US states with the exception of Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, Connecticut and Washington.
SpinQuest also uses all of the usual security protocols which includes SSL encryption, data privacy measures. KYC verification checks are also requested to be completed before Sweeps Coin prize redemptions can be processed. You can also set up a two-factor authentication when you sign up to ensure that your account is secure.
Final thoughts on SpinQuest
SpinQuest is a relatively new sweepstakes casino and as a result, there are a few things that need to be improved. For starters, the different playthrough requirements for Sweeps Coins depending on how they’ve been claimed could get very confusing very quickly.
