I find that Scarlet Sands is a relatively easy platform to use, although the lack of dedicated mobile app could be a downside for some. It probably goes without saying, but redeeming your Sweeps Coins for real money prizes is also limited to Visa and Mastercard. You’ll need to accumulate at least 100 Sweeps Coins that have all been played through at least once before you’re eligible to request a prize redemption. But even though it may be a way off, it’s still worth considering.

The live chat tool is great for quick responses to smaller queries, but the email support is the best option if your query is quite complex. When you use your live chat you’ll be connected with a bot first but can quickly be put through to a real person if needed. This is of course the fastest way to get in touch with the Scarlet Sands team and you may be waiting up to 48 hours for a response from the email support team.
