Loyalty Lounge (VIP Program)
The Loyalty Lounge is a brand new loyalty program, that only launched in October last year. Players that sign up to MegaBonanza automatically are entered into the loyalty program, and will quickly be able to take advantage of the many rewards it has to offer a player.
There are six tiers on the Loyalty Lounge: Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. In order to progress up tiers, you need to earn VIP Points. One VIP Point is equal to 100,000 GC spent, or 10 SC on selected games (200 SC on live games). Every time you rank up a tier, you are rewarded with a new prize. Unlike many other sweeps platforms, MegaBonanza gives you a grace period in order to move up to the next tier, of approximately 1-3 months. If you do not move up, you drop down a tier.
The progressive rewards only get better and better with the Loyalty Lounge. Everyone is entitled to daily boosts. You’re probably wondering why I’m talking about payment methods in this MegaBonanza review, seeing as MegaBonanza runs on a free-to-play model. Here’s the thing: the site allows users to purchase non-mandatory GC bundles and redeem their SC, and you’d need payment methods to do these.
Interestingly, I only found Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards when I explored the first GC purchase offer. Although these options can be increased to improve the convenience of payments, Visa and MasterCard are trusted payment providers with a redemption time of 1-3 working days. GCs are credited instantly after purchase. There are no eWallets available for either purchases or redemptions, unfortunately. Regarding prize redemption at MegaBonanza, you can redeem your SC for gift cards and bank transfers using Visa/MasterCard. There are also no transaction fees on either purchases or redemptions.

How to Redeem Prizes on MegaBonanza
Redeeming prizes on MegaBonanza is very straightforward. However, before you can start the redemption process, there are a few things you need to make sure of first.
First of all, you need to make sure you have already completed KYC requirements. Having this already done will prevent any payment delays, and normally takes 24-48 hours to confirm your details. Once this is done, redemption is significantly sped up. You also have to make sure the SC you try to redeem meets the playthrough requirements, which is 1x on MegaBonanza. No need for downloads
MegaBonanza recently released a native app, that is just as strong as their web based casino. It is currently only available on iOS, but it offers all the mobile features you’d need: it links to your banking apps for purchases and redemptions, games adapt to touch screen play and the interface is revamped for easy mobile play. The only limitation on this app is that it is limited to iOS.
