Before I take you through the findings of my Kickr review, you must first learn about the platform and how it operates. I’ll use this section to get you up to speed quickly.

However, unlike the Kickr Bits, there is no option to top up your Bucks balance through purchases. You can only get more Kickr Bucks by making correct predictions, or by bonuses and promotions. Don’t let this sway you, though, as this mode of operation is how Kickr can stay legal in various US states.
Kickr legal status — Where is the social sportsbook available?

I opted for the Bits package at $9.99 and received 5.5 million Bits and unlocked 21 free Bucks as a bonus. This is the best deal considering it features a 50% discount. However, there are other Bits packages available if this does not work for you.

Again, this is more than I’ve found on many other similar platforms, so I don’t have any complaints here.

Usability and feel – A modern site with a bold approach
I’m not sure about you, but playing on a social betting site that is appealing and easy to navigate makes the experience more immersive. For this reason, I spent a couple of hours during my Kickr review exploring the user-friendliness and design of the site.
The first thing I appreciate is the easy sign-up process. I was done within 5 minutes and instantly received access to the social sportsbook. Note that Kickr takes your location very seriously, so you’ll be unable to get past this phase if you are not in a legal region.

Purchases are instant, with many Bits bundles to choose from, starting from $0.99 to $199.99.
For Bucks redemptions, you can choose from gift cards and bank transfers. I was happy to spot gift cards in the mix, considering it is the fastest means of redeeming Bucks winnings. Still expect to wait between 1 and 7 days, depending on your Bucks redemption method. You’ll also need to complete the 1x playthrough requirement and verify your identity before you will be eligible for redemption.
Customer support – No live chat available
I had no issues getting help during my Kickr review, but I was only able to do so using email and a contact form. I tried out both and responses took less than 3 hours, but expect this to differ depending on the queue.
