Jolly Sweeps is owned by Platinum Panther Ltd. – this is a company registered in Malta. From our initial testing, we were happy that it complies with US regulations, and it does this by the following:

Customer support options
Although we never got stuck while using the Jolly Sweeps site, we still tested the customer support options and found these methods:

The live chat is easily the best method to use – they list an average response time of 2 mins, and after multiple live tests, we found this was accurate. In most instances, we got to speak to someone within a few minutes, and the human reps were always polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about the site.
Email support is much slower, and you can expect a reply within 24 hours, however, we did find the FAQs useful. They explain the basic premise of the site and important things like how virtual currencies work.

Security and accessibility
If you try to access Jolly Sweeps from outside the US, you’ll be met with a geoblocker and denied entry. This is just one of the security features they employ and we also noticed they have SSL encryption for all data transfers. This was backed by an SSL certificate, which at the time we wrote this Jolly Sweeps review, was provided by Amazon.
On top of that, they’ve got great transparency in terms of the documents they have such as terms of service, sweepstakes rules, a privacy policy, and an entire responsible social gaming setup.
Virtual currencies
Gold Coin (GC) purchases are a thing here – they are optional, but you can grab GC packages from $4.99, with available purchase methods including debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We tested the purchase process and everything worked smoothly, and the virtual currencies were added to our balance instantly.
Sweeps Coin (SC) cash prize redemptions are a thing too. You’ll need 100 SC to be able to make a redemption request, plus a completed profile and fully verified ID. Lastly, any bonus SC you have (such as from the welcome bonus), will have to be played through at least 1x.
Using the Jolly Sweeps site – is it beginner-friendly?
We think that Jolly Sweeps is indeed beginner-friendly, even more so than what we found in our Sweepolis review. They’ve done a fantastic job of creating a website that has a fun theme, but is also especially easy to use and we think that if you are new to sweepstakes casinos, you will easily be able to understand how everything works.
In terms of the theme, Jolly Sweeps transports you to the Wild West, but not the down and dirty Wild West often seen in movies and TV. Instead, as the name suggests, it’s a more friendly version and one of the features we love is the scrolling pixelated video that plays in the website footer – it shows the two main characters running through the town and it almost feels like a Stardew Valley version of the Wild West.
If you want to use Jolly Sweeps on your mobile, you’ll have to open a browser like Chrome, as they don’t yet have any apps. We didn’t mind this though, as the responsive-browser version of the site works just as good. You get a main left-hand navigation, an easy-to-use game lobby, and plenty of filters so you can quickly find what you want to play.
What about the Jolly Sweeps games? Were we entertained?
The brand is legit – awesome. Next up, it was time to explore their game library and see if Jolly Sweeps offers solid entertainment.
We found games from reputable developers
First up, in the same manner as our Sweepstakes Casino review, we checked who provides the games at Jolly Sweeps and found the following:

We’ve played games from all of these developers before and we are confident that each one is legit – they have their games tested by third-party organizations, and have published RTP percentages.
They are only missing arcade games
In terms of variety, there’s slots, live table games, and live game shows, and the only real things missing are arcade games, and fishing arcade shooter games. We didn’t mind this though, and we got loads of entertainment from the 500+ titles they provide. Additionally, within each of the game categories, we think they’ve done a good job of covering the main themes and mechanics:
- Slots – Megaways, Cascading Reels and Hold and Win games.
- Live dealers – Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and other card games.
- Live game shows – Big Wheel games, and unique games from 155.io.
Out of the live dealer games, we were most impressed with the titles from 155.io. This studio has created some truly unique games and we especially enjoy their live marble races, with awesome tracks like Rolling Dunes, Snake, and Survivor. There’s also the legendary CCTV Rush Hour and CCTV Snow Run games.
We had fun playing the Slotmill games
Typically when making these guides, we stick to the games we know – just like we did in our Wisespin review. However, this time we did something different and left our tried-and-tested producers alone.
Instead, we had a blast playing slots from developers like Slotmill, and this producer stood out to us because of the consistent RTP percentages, the classic slot themes, and the fun bonus rounds they incorporate. We meant it when we say it – after completing our Jolly Sweeps review, we were incredibly impressed with our findings, and it’s easily one of the top new US sweepstakes casinos to launch in 2026. Aside from the lack of a mobile app, and perhaps a few missing arcade games, this site has everything you could want from a social casino.
The game library has plenty of variety, the site looks fantastic and works like a charm, and there’s enough promos and bonus features to make sure you have a steady stream of virtual currencies.
