Jackpota impresses in the usability stakes
Social casinos can wow fans with hundreds of games from the best developers. However, I think it’s essential that these sites are easy to navigate. Jackpota certainly gets that bit right. To fully test out the site for my Jackpota review, I experimented with both the mobile site and desktop site and found very little difference between the two.
Both the desktop and mobile sites are simple to use, quick to load, and have a very clear layout. You’ll have no trouble finding the gaming lobby or seeking out assistance if you need it. Nothing is hidden and the design is very intuitive.
I realized I could expand the social casino menu, revealing multiple categories to explore. The homepage also displays these in a strip across the top of the site – I could even search for games using the search bar above that. It’s all designed to be user-friendly and very easy to move around. I also liked seeing the game studio named underneath each game, making it simpler to discover who was involved at the site without needing to do any extra research.
I’m pleased to report that if you’re looking for assistance, customer service is simple to locate too – with access to the help center provided at the bottom of the site menu. This opens in a different tab too, so you can keep that open if you want to, while retaining your place on the main website.
Another aspect I loved was that I could tap or click on a game and see a screenshot of it on the next page. I could also check the minimum and maximum Gold Coin amounts I would need to play that game. With some social casinos hiding their games behind the signup screen, it was great to find out just what was available at Jackpota before creating an account there. They feel friendly and welcoming, and that’s excellent to note in this Jackpota review.
Does Jackpota have good mobile access?
I never know what to expect from a social casino when it comes to getting access via a smartphone or tablet. Unfortunately, during my Jackpota review, I found that it doesn’t have a mobile app. The good news is that it’s fully optimized for a mobile browser, and I was able to test it on both my iPhone and iPad without any issues. This is a big positive as I’ve found some sites look entirely different on a mobile browser.
I found the menu had moved from the side of the site to the bottom, with the Jackpota login/Jackpota register options there instead of at the top of the site. Everything else was hidden behind the burger icon (three white lines in the bottom right corner), so I could go in and out of that as I pleased. Other than that, the site looks mostly the same on mobile and web browsers.
Even on a smartphone screen, the colorful game title cards made it easy to spot favorites and new games alike. I was able to swipe to see more games, or I could select the ‘view all’ option to see what was in that category. Most of the games are modern releases, so they work fine with touchscreen controls(although it can take a little while to get used to playing them that way).
Overall, my Jackpota review of the mobile effort from the site creators couldn’t be more positive. I like that I don’t need to bother updating an app to make sure everything remains secure – I just need to visit on the usual mobile browser and I’m there in seconds, ready to play.
Which payment methods does Jackpota use?
Although no purchases are necessary for using the Jackpota social casino, there are Gold Coin packages available to purchase. Even the site itself expressly states there is “no purchase necessary” in the footer of the site. However, if you want to buy more Gold Coins to extend your gameplay, there are some options available and certain GC packages even have free SC thrown in as a bonus.

Did I find the Help Center easily during my Jackpota review?
I’ve read the occasional Jackpota review that doesn’t go into detail on this topic, but I think it’s one of the more important aspects to cover. Fortunately, I have plenty of good news for you here. When I opened the Jackpota site, I noted the menu of options on the left of the screen (if you’re on a mobile device, you can access this from the bottom of the screen). I soon noticed the support option at the bottom, so I accessed that to find out more.
This opened a new tab to reveal the support center for Jackpota. I’ve noticed these are becoming more common now at social casinos, so it’s great to see one to write about in this Jackpota review, too.
The dark background ensures that the white search box pops right out at you, so you can use this to bypass the various sections available and ask a question if you wish. I found it works just as well entering one or two keywords, like Gold Coins, for example, rather than asking a question, as you get more results that way.
They provide six main topic areas, including purchase, account, and verification subjects. I also spotted some recent activity underneath these sections, which gave me a list of the most recently added articles to the help center. I was also curious to know how I could contact the team at Jackpota if I ever needed to. I did spot a link at the top of the page, next to the logo, to submit a request. This allowed me to choose a topic, which then loaded the most appropriate page to proceed with my query.
The other way to get in touch with them is via email – search for ‘contact’ in the search box within the help center, and you’ll find a page with the current email address for you to use. Even though there is no live chat to use. They’ve covered virtually everything else.

In the footer of the website, it notes that the business is registered in the Isle of Man under the company Silver Social Operations Limited. There is also a link to the terms of service that can be found in the footer, which explains which US states Jackpota operates in.

After exploring the site for a bit, I realized it did not offer a VIP program. I’ll let you know if there’s any change on that front. It does, however, offer you a daily bonus when you use your Jackpota login to access your account. I also spotted a promotions area that explained more about their Gold Coin Jackpots, which can drop on any game. The site shows the latest jackpot amounts for four potential pots, so you can keep an eye on those and know you’re in with a chance of winning those coins should you play any games with your Gold Coins.
There’s plenty to find in the social casino lobby
I wanted to cover the available games in my Jackpota review, so let’s do that now. I was able to expand the lobby in the menu, revealing multiple areas to explore – nine in all, including Megaways, Hold & Win slots, and some Slingo games too. Those are a mix of slots and bingo if you’ve never heard of them before. You can see the focus is firmly on slot games, and you’ll find hundreds of those from Playson, Pragmatic Play, and 3Oaks, to cover just a few.
The homepage gives you a good sense of what you can play too, with some of the biggest titles highlighted there. Big Bass Splash and Sugar Rush are among the most familiar slots from Pragmatic Play, with the quirky Elvis Frog in Vegas making it into the collection courtesy of BGaming. The ‘all new’ area is handy to frequent, but each new addition gets a NEW label anyway, so I was able to spot those wherever I was at Jackpota.

Oddly, I found a few Jackpota reviews that mentioned Sweeps Coins for sweepstakes participation as well, but I didn’t receive these when I set up my account there.
