We received 50,000 Gold Coins and 2.5 Sweeps Coins from Grand Vault Casino when we signed up to help us write this Grand Vault Casino review. It was straightforward to do and we didn’t need a code either.
Once we’d set up our account, we could play our choice of 2,000+ casino-style games, including titles from Penguin King, Fugaso, and Red Rake. We’ll share our research here, covering optional Gold Coin purchases, customer service efforts, and state availability. You’ll soon get a feel for the site, especially as they share lots of info on their landing page.

Get your Grand Vault Casino login to claim your welcome bonus
Upon arrival, we noticed the welcome bonus displayed on their homepage, offering 50,000 Gold Coins (GCs) and 2.5 Grand Vault Coins for new members. Having since read lots of information throughout the rest of their website, we found this was the sole mention of Grand Vault Coins; they refer to them as Sweeps Coins (SCs) everywhere else, plus a couple of Sweepstakes Coin mentions, too. We’ll stick to using Sweeps Coins here to keep things consistent and easier to understand.
You’re not getting a Grand Vault Casino no deposit bonus here, as you can’t deposit anything anyway. It does qualify as a free bonus though, and we think it’s one of the more generous ones in terms of getting 2.5 Sweeps Coins to start with. You can sign up with your existing Google or Facebook account if you wish, but we went for the traditional email signup option when we tried it. Follow these steps to do the same:
- Click any of our links to take you over to Grand Vault Casino
- Click the signup button
- Create a username and enter your email address
- Create a safe password
- Complete the rest of your personal info and verify your email address
Once you’ve finished, your welcome bonus will be there for you to use. You’ll see you don’t need a Grand Vault Casino promo code to claim it, but if we have any special deals for you, you’ll find them displayed on this page.
Covering basic site features in our Grand Vault Casino review
Once we’d logged in for the first time, we could look more closely at the presentation, social game collection, and much more besides. Follow along as we guide you through those below.
Site information and usability
First up, we didn’t find any suggestion of a mobile app, but it soon became clear we didn’t need one. As part of the testing process for this review, we visited Grand Vault Casino on a computer, plus several mobile devices. We had zero issues on any device. It’s a responsive site with a menu they’ve clearly thought about. You get all the categories and areas you’d hope to see, organized in a sensible manner. Top marks, then, for this part of our Grand Vault Casino review.
How to play social and sweepstakes titles
Let’s look at the two modes of gameplay you can enjoy at Grand Vault Casino:
- Gold Coins – use them to play social casino-style games
- Sweeps Coins – sometimes referred to as Grand Vault Coins, you can use them to play sweepstakes titles
You can’t win anything playing with Gold Coins – just more of the same GCs that you can use to enjoy other social titles. It’s a good way to find some preferred casino-style games to play more than once, too. If you change to using Sweeps Coins in the future, you might have a title or two in mind to play.
If you do play with Sweeps Coins, you’ll hopefully be able to win some. You need to win a minimum of 50 SCs to be able to request an SC redemption. You’ll then complete the SC redemption process to receive a real prize. According to the Sweeps Policy, you could opt for a cash prize or a gift card here. You can’t redeem the Sweeps Coins you pick up during your membership – you can only redeem SCs you win through your gaming.
Casino-style game collection
We researched the sweepstakes casino over several days to help us with our Grand Vault Casino review, and noted lots of new titles coming in even during that period. To date, we’ve got over 2,000 casino-style games to play there. We can fit those into these categories:
- Slots
- Table games
- Live dealer casino-style games
- Other random titles including Plinko
It looks like ICONIC provides all the live dealer titles. We also found some non-live options for blackjack, roulette, and baccarat coming from BGaming, so check carefully as they’re not all live. Aside from those two developers, you might recognize some other involved brands too – namely Rival, Red Rake, Swintt, and Nucleus Gaming.
Essential payment information for Grand Vault Casino
We found some optional GC packages to purchase on the landing page, ranging from $0.99 to $249.99 in value. In common with all similar sites, you don’t need to make any GC purchases at any point to use the site. However, if you decide you’d like to, you can do so via a credit or debit card.
We’ve covered some details about Sweeps Coin winnings and redemptions already, but we have one more thing to note here. If you do request an SC redemption, you will usually receive the cash prize via the same method you’ve already used to make an optional Gold Coin purchase. If you win enough SCs to redeem and you haven’t previously purchased an optional GC package, you can opt to receive the cash prize to your bank account. Make sure you’ve verified your account before making any such SC redemption request, too. It’ll speed things up.

What do they offer by way of customer service and support?
We soon found the help center when looking around for details to include in our Grand Vault Casino review, namely because they’ve positioned it at the top of the site. We found a series of FAQs there, including topics such as account information, general info, and registration guidance.
You’ll spot a help button with a question mark in it too, situated near the foot of the site. This looks like a live chat button, but it opened a window where we could provide our details and pose a question. We could also attach files if necessary to support our query. Powered by Zendesk, it looks promising, and we did get a response within a few hours. We’d like to see a real live chat facility there, and we hope they add one soon. A little further exploration revealed an email address to contact their support team too, displayed underneath the options in the lower site menu.

Licensing and security: is Grand Vault Casino legit?
Yes, they display ownership details and an explanation of the sweepstakes format at the bottom of the site. A company called 247 Entertainment LLC runs the sweepstakes casino from its address in Delaware. Having read the terms and conditions, we found that Delaware is one of 12 US states that isn’t currently served by Grand Vault Casino. We’ve listed the full 12 below.
| California | Connecticut | Idaho |
| Delaware | Hawaii | Louisiana |
| Michigan | Montana | New York |
| New Jersey | Nevada | Washington |
Sign up and join the Grand Vault Casino VIP program
Having reviewed lots of sweepstakes casinos that do not include a VIP or loyalty program, we were delighted to find one while writing our review of Grand Vault Casino. Better yet, we automatically became members when we signed up. You’ll find five main levels on the VIP page:
- Bronze
- Silver
- Gold
- Platinum
- Diamond
You should see two other locked levels beyond these, so we don’t have any details of those at present. We do know that you’ll become a Bronze member when you join the sweepstakes casino. Furthermore, this means you qualify for the daily login bonus, given as one Sweeps Coin. We’ve joined many similar sites that do not provide Sweeps Coins as part of the daily login, or if they do, it’s only a partial SC. So, being a VIP member certainly looks good at Grand Vault Casino.
One caveat here though – when you reach a new level, you are not guaranteed to stay there. If you cannot maintain your current level, you will lose it after two months have gone by. You can of course get back there again through regular play, but it’s worth remembering that you’ll lose any accrued benefits and perks you’ve previously received by reaching a new higher level.
Our Grand Vault Casino review covers all the highlights
And there are plenty of those to look forward to if you sign up. We found hundreds of casino-style games to play, and while slots take up the most space, we did find some table games to try as well, along with some Plinko. We also appreciated the signup bonus, giving us 50,000 Gold Coins and 2.5 Sweeps Coins to get us underway. If you like playing at sweepstakes casinos and you’re in one of the 38 states that Grand Vault Casino currently serves, you can visit today by clicking on the Grand Vault Casino links you see here. We’d recommend exploring for a while to find some promising titles to try, and then creating an account to get started.
