Casumo is a big name in the European iGaming industry – and our team are no strangers to it. It’s been a little while since we revisited the platform, so we’re checking out what it has to offer in 2026.

From current bonuses to customer support, the WIN.gg team tackles this household name in the review below.

Colourful and cheerful site design. Tempting bonus offers. Great selection of more than 3,500 casino games. Good customer service.
Tricky to change odds format on desktop site. Live casino has few special games. We didn’t see any crash games on offer. Steep fees for small withdrawals.

This is the section of the Casumo online casino review where we take a look at the actual casino services this operator provides. There is a huge selection of games from which you can choose, and this places Casumo among the best online casinos out there.

Casumo Bonuses and Promotions

Let’s kick it off strong. Casumo has a range of welcome offers and ongoing promotions to keep both new and old players happy. The welcome bonus varies depending on your location. As an example, they offer a 50% deposit match up to £100 for the UK, a 100% deposit match up to €200 and 30 free spins in Spain, or 100% deposit match up to €300 and 50 free spins in Ireland. We’ve noticed that the wagering requirements and T&C’s are also different for each bonus. That is to say, double check the offer available to you.

You receive this bonus after you place your first deposit. There is no need to use a Casumo promo code to claim these offers, simply go through the registration process.

There are also daily prizes to be won, such as holidays, and there are several loyalty schemes that you can join that provide rewards to established players.

Casino Games Selection at Casumo

There are over 3,300 slots on offer to players, as well as dozens of classic casino table games and a live casino that is well-packed with thrills.

The software in the live casino is provided by Casumo themselves, as well as by top providers such as Pragmatic Play, Playtech and Evolution Gaming. You can play several games in the live casino, including several different versions of roulette and blackjack.

The slots and table games are provided by a host of top developers, including NetEnt, Inspired Gaming, Playtech, Microgaming and Novotech, among many others. There are several progressive jackpot slots to enjoy, if that’s your type of thing. Minimum and maximum bet levels vary from game to game, and you can find out their specific levels by checking the site’s terms and conditions or by asking customer service.

Overall, the Casumo casino is a solid rather than spectacular affair. You won’t go hungry for choice, especially for slots, but there is nothing here that you can’t find at another operator. Casumo website interface and usability

Navigating the Casumo website is a genuinely notable experience. They’ve kept it trim and tidy, as opposed to other platforms that ram pop ups and promos down your throat. It’s clean and very easy to use. If you’re on your phone, then the app is even better.

Dominated by the colour purple, it’s bright and cheerful, but some might struggle with looking at it for a long time. It is easy to navigate between the casino and sports sections, while finding specific games and sporting markets is very easy and follows the pattern you would expect. Accessing additional pages like customer support or FAQs is easily done by clicking the ‘more’ button in the top right of the page.

Navigating around the casino section was easy enough, and you shouldn’t have any problems finding the games you seek. We can also report that it is simple to find things like the live casino and the promotions page by using the clearly labelled tabs at the top of the screen.

Mobile options

The Casumo site functions okay on your phone’s browser, though some features of the online betting site, such as switching between sports betting and the casino, can be a little tricky if you use the site in this way. There is, however, a Casumo app which makes using the site on your mobile device much simpler.

This app is available for both Android and iPhone users, and you can find links at which to download it on the Casumo website. The app is slick and smooth, and replicates much of the functionality of the desktop site. It’s a much better option than using the browser on your mobile device. Checking out some Casumo Reddit reviews will help you decide if downloading the app is worth your while.

Payment options

We found there were several options for depositing and withdrawing funds to and from your account. You can use Visa and Mastercard debit cards, as well as ewallets like PayPal and Skrill. You can also utilise ApplePay, Trustly, Paysafecard and Instant Banking.

You can make withdrawals very easily by using the same method as you used to deposit funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is £1. It is important to note, however, that any withdrawals under £/$/€10 incur a £/$/€3 fee. Casumo assert that their withdrawals are all processed within a matter of hours.

There are no crypto payment options at Casumo, which hasn’t changed since our last visit. We’re not aware of any plans for them to introduce it either, so for crypto gamblers, you’re better off steering clear and checking out the best crypto casinos instead.

Customer Service

Customer service is easy to reach at Casumo. You can reach them most easily by using the live chat function. If no one is there to answer immediately then you can leave a support ticket using the button provided. There is also a button that allows you to send a direct email if you prefer.

Check out some Casumo Trustpilot reviews for more specific information from different individuals about how effective Casumo customer service really is. Live chat is available on a 24/7 basis so response times are usually pretty rapid.

Licensing and Security: Is Casumo Legit?

Casumo is arguably one of the most licensed casinos we’ve reviewed – it holds licences from several extremely reputable gambling authorities. These are:

The Play Okay system is in place at Casumo, which slows you as a customer to set your own personal limits to help stay in control. There is also information about what constitutes problematic gambling on the site, as well as signposts to agencies at which you can find further support and information.

The site and the app are protected by the usual SSL encryptions, while FaceID and TouchID also operate on the app. Casumo is also affiliated to eCOGRA in case of any disputes you may have with them.

User Opinions of Casumo – Trustpilot and Reddit

We found mixed sentiment online around Casumo, though we’re still confident recommending it overall. Discussion on Reddit is fairly small-scale it’s slightly positive (and much of the nagtive focuses on issues around T&C’s being breached, as Redditors are pointing out in replies). Trustpilot however sits at a 1.8 – which admittedly isn’t a strong score. That said, there’s a real theme to the negative reviews, which focus overwhelmingly on verification/KYC and withdrawals.

Users say the verification process can be slow – sometimes over a week – and withdrawals are locked prior to being fully verified. Positive reviews focus on helpful and fast live chat support, ewallet withdrawals being timely, and the app experience being strong.

As such we would recommend sorting out your KYC process and verifying your identity before putting any meaningful money into the platform. Excluding this issue, sentiment leans towards positive.

Editor’s Take

I’m not fully sold on Casumo. It is an operator that is consistent and solid rather than spectacular or especially innovative. It’s got a decent pedigree now, having been founded all the way back in 2012, though I can’t say it’s hugely improved since launch. The user reviews do concern me a little. Even accounting for what I call the ‘iGaming tax’ – ratings for iGaming sites are almost always lower on Trustpilot than equivalent other businesses, because losing money is a part of the experience – they have an especially low rating. This signals that problems are consistent across users, months, and years, rather than short term issues in their processes.

I haven’t experienced many of those issues myself. This is probably because I’ve been verified on Casumo for a long time, and always verify as soon as possible once registered to avoid issues down the line with waiting around. Casumo is also one of the only sites I’ve ever had a ‘big’ win on during testing, where I managed to get an 80x multiplier on a slot, turning a £0.50 wager into £40! Yes, we do get to keep it, thanks for asking.

It took 2 days to get my withdrawal into my account, which is longer than Casumo advertises, but honestly still pretty prompt.
