Rampage jackson Kick earnings

Famed professional fighter turned Kick streamer Rampage Jackson revealed in a stream that his earnings on Kick are significantly greater than the money he made during his more than two decades of a storied mixed martial arts career.

A former professional MMA fighter, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson was a huge name in the early 2000s and beyond with a massively successful career in the ring and cage. His bouts with the likes of Chuck Liddell and Dan Henderson, and the subsequent knockouts, are still legendary. While his professional life seemed blissful to fans, the former Pride star and UFC champion has revealed some shocking information, as Rampage Jackson shared with his fans that his earnings during his entire MMA career were nothing compared to his Kick streaming income of just a few months.

Rampage Jackson discusses Kick earnings

Former UFC champion Rampage Jackson was asked whether he made more during his MMA days or on Kick, and the streamer revealed that his earnings in content creation on Kick have already outpaced his entire mixed martial arts career in just a few short months.

Rampage didn’t give exact numbers or figures explaining how much he made during his MMA career, nor did he speak to exactly how much more than that he’s now earning on Kick. But the fighter-turned-streamer revealed that sponsors are the main reason for his massive revenue. He said his clips go viral, and that in turn helps him receive a massive payout as more and more people are exposed to his content and increase the attention his sponsors received.

The UFC, and MMA in general, wasn’t as mainstream during Rampage Jackson’s prime as it is now, so he wouldn’t have made the money that the very best and most popular professional fighters earn today. Even so, he reportedly made $225,000 during a fight with Chuck Liddell in 2007. If Jackson earned similar amounts for his other fights, he likely made a decent sum.

Rampage Jackson has a record of 38 wins and 14 losses, and is regarded as one of the most popular MMA fighters of all time with an exceptional peak of performance. But MMA has never been the most lucrative sporting endeavor. Even with the popularity of the UFC today, the main controversy that follows the promotion is typically regarding low pay for its fighters who risk their bodies for exposure and the potential of greater future paydays.

Rampage’s claim of Kick still easily surpassing the prizes that he had previously taken from his fights is a significant win for the platform. It also explains why so many streamers continue to switch to Kick or have started multistreaming content their there.

Jackson’s success has also seemingly influenced his son, Raja Jackson, who streams content on his own Kick channel. Raja found himself embroiled in controversy earlier this year for streaming himself in an physical incident at a professional wrestling event. Rampage has since criticized his son’s actions while continuing to stream on Kick.
