Rakai was suspended from Twitch for sharing personal information
Twitch streamer Quvonn “Rakai” Linder has revealed the real reason behind his recent suspension on Twitch that would prevent him from streaming for 30 days.
Rakai is known for his collaboration and close friendship with streamers like Kai Cenat, Ray, and other AMP members, but many know him for his larger-than-life personality and explosive content. The streamer’s chaotic streams and stunts have quickly made him one of the top creators on Twitch and YouTube, earning him almost a million subscribers on the latter.
Despite the loud nature of his streams, Rakai has mostly
managed to avoid trouble on Twitch. That changed on his recent stream when he accidentally leaked popular football LaMelo Ball’s contact number.
Why did Twitch suspend Rakai?
Twitch has suspended Rakai’s channel for “Sharing Personal Information,” according to the platform’s stated reason for the ban.
Rakai’s ban came after the streamer was discussing potential collaborations on March 10. During the broadcast, he showed his chat history with the Charlotte Hornett’s football player LaMelo Ball, who had shared a contact number with him. As soon as the contact number appeared on stream, Rakai knew he was in trouble, asking his mods to delete the clip.
It turns out, he wasn’t over reacting at all. Two days later, the streamer received an email from Twitch, informing him of his suspension. According to the email, Rakai had been suspended for 30 days due to sharing personal information on stream.

When will Rakai return to Twitch?
Rakai will return to Twitch on April 13, 2026 after serving the suspension period of 30 days after leaking a number on live stream.
Rakai is serving
Twitch’s new punishment feature
which doesn’t remove a streamer’s channel for breaking the TOS. Simply, a streamer will be prohibited from streaming, sending chat messages, or uploading VODs for a certain period. Due to this, Rakai’s channel where he has over 2 million followers is still up on Twitch. However, the streamer won’t be able to go live for the next 30 days.
Still, fans can take some solace in the fact that Twitch has occasionally lifted suspensions earlier than the timeframe mentioned in its emails. Rakai could return sooner than expected. If not, viewers can still catch his live
streams on YouTube, where he has been going live as scheduled.
It’s also worth noting that Rakai is currently on a two-year probation. If he repeats a similar violation during that period, the streamer could face more serious consequences, including a permanent ban.
