NymN and Yabbe

Twitch streamers Elias “NymN” Mlayeh and Yabbe have announced their new engagement during their New Year’s celebration marathon stream.

NymN and Yabbe are among the many streamer couples with their own individual fan bases. From NymN’s love for gacha games, cooking streams, and meme-related content to Yabbe’s many controversies and gaming streams, both streamers have built their respective audiences by taking different paths.

But now, NymN and Yabbe’s audience may permanently be blended together. The two streamers announced their engagement to marry during their New Year marathon stream. Since the announcement was made during Yabbe’s New Year karaoke stream, fans may wonder whether it was related to NymN’s annual year-end show.

NymN and Yabbe start the new year strong

NymN and Yabbe announced during Yabbe’s New Year karaoke stream that NymN proposed to Yabbe, who said yes.

The proposal happened some hours before the clock hit midnight to kick off 2025. NymN and Yabbe made their special announcement together with 25 minutes left until midnight. Yabbe stated she would watch the New Year fireworks with her fiance before showing off her new engagement ring.

NymN and Yabbe's engagement announcement

It’s important to note that this announcement didn’t happen during NymN’s New Year Show. The annual show took place some hours before the announcement on NymN’s Twitch channel. The karaoke stream with the engagement announcement actually happened on Yabbe’s channel.

While most fans rejoiced in seeing their favorite streamers finally engaged, others started trolling the couple in a fun way. The streamer’s community has a long-running joke that NumN and the massive Swedish Twitch streamer Hans Eli “Forsen” Sebastian Fors were in a secret relationship. This joke originated because NymN having stated multiple times that he started streaming thanks to Forsen and that he even composed music for him at one point.

Forsen and NymN have interacted on social media before and the community began a running gag that NymN was Forsen’s most obsessed fan. Many fans made comments claiming in jest that Forsen would be disappointed after NymN and Yabbe’s announcement.

Who won during NymN’s New Year Show?

Various popular streamers won an award during NymN’s New Year Show that streamed live on Twitch.

NymN’s New Year Show is an annual Twitch marathon stream that happens on NymN’s channel. The complete VOD is posted on the streamer’s YouTube channel and is over 3 hours long.

Below is a list of every winner in NymN’s New Year Show.

The clip that won it all was of Forsen getting hit by a UAF when playing PUBG: Battlegrounds. NymN’s audience voted for the Clip of the Year winner, and Forsen’s relevance among the streamer’s fanbase could have played a part in deciding the result.
