NoLimit City’s 2024 title Outsourced was a hit because of its workplace-based satire, infused with the usual hit mechanics that have become the hallmark of their slots. Now, they are back with a brand new sequel to that game. Outsourced 2 Balkan Engineering takes the genre onto a next step, where the work has been outsourced to the cheapest (and dodgiest) builder in town.

Take a trip around the building site and you’ll find a messy, dusty and loud workplace, where chaos reigns due to poor workmanship, untrained workers, malfunctioning equipment all combined with NoLimit City’s inimitable and uncompromising comedic touch.

Beyond the backdrop of the slot, its mechanics are formidable. It’s a 4×5 reel game with 625 ways to win initially (though this can increase) along with escalating slot multipliers and enough features interacting at times to turn a small win into a much bigger prize.

The game is scheduled to hit casinos on full release from August 18, 2026 and will have an RTP of 96.04% and a maximum win of a very appealing 11,111x your bet. Add to that the super-high volatility of the game and this is a slot aimed squarely at more experienced players who want to chase those highly volatile rare wins, instead of those seeking a stream of smaller returns more often.

Where to play Outsourced 2

As with all NoLimit City slot releases, you will not find it difficult to find the Outsourced 2 game upon release. It will be available at crypto casino sites such as Stake and we also expect top casino streamers to start playing it right away. The usual high volatility and plentiful features mean that this is a game that certainly has the potential to produce plentiful viral clips in the hunt for the 11,111x max win.

How Outsourced 2 Balkan Engineering Key Mechanics Work

The main thing to note with the game mechanics is that there is a variant of cascading reels in play on the game, called Print Spins. This feature sees any symbols that are part of a winning line will disappear and then be replaced by symbols dropping down from above. Each winning position increases the multiplier applied to wins by one, which means that the Print Spins mechanic can trigger several wins from a single spin, with increasingly valuable multipliers.

Another key feature is the Infectious xWays modifier, which can work in conjunction with the Print Spins feature. This feature can double a regular symbol in size and ‘infect’ other examples of that symbol already on the reels. Multiple infected symbols increase the number of symbols and also increase the number of ways to win.

The xNudge Balkan Wild can land anywhere on the reels and nudge through the grid, increasing its applied multiplier by one for every move it makes on the grid. It can increase to a maximum of 999x and you can land several of these Wild Multipliers on the reels to add them together to increase the value of a win.

However, in keeping with the theme of the game, the machinery that controls these bonuses can fail. The Elevator bonus also echoes this paradox as in the base game it can reveal an instant bonus trigger but also it could turn into a non-paying blocker symbol. During the bonus round, it can reveal between one and seven free spins, or simply be another blocker symbol.

Symbols and Presentation

The lower value symbols on the reel are the playing card symbols from 10 through to the Ace. Higher value symbols are representative of the dodgy workplace theme and include beer cans, game controllers, a hand inside a plastic bag, hard hats and a grubby-looking builder.

The Hazard sign is the Wild symbol on the reels and this can replace any of the standard symbols.

The main features are controlled by their respective symbols including the Elevator, the Infectious xWays and xNudge Balkan Wild.

Visually, the slot follows the same 1990s look of the original, but the scenery is now building-site based, rather than a sweatshop. Admittedly, citizens of the Balkans may take issue with the caricature of their work ethic and attitudes, but this won’t be the first slot from the slot provider that has run the risk of offence.

Free Spins Bonuses

The Bonus symbols on the reels are the key to accessing the free spins bonuses. Land three and you receive the Tilt Spins bonus, land four and you get the better value Tiltier Spins.

Both these bonus features preserve any multipliers landed during the triggering spin, so a decent multiplier can give the bonus round a good head start. Landing Elevator symbols can increase the number of free spins received. There is a Buy-Only option of Filthiest Spins, which offers a 2x multiplier on every position, ramping up the volatility but also giving streamers the chance of some dramatic content.

Streamers and their viewers will also love the Booster Menu options, which allow the player to implement a number of boosts to their gaming, at a range of costs, which will increase their chances of landing some of the key features of the game or even play in the God Mode, in attempt to land the top cash prize on the slot for 1,111x the standard stake amount; this is a tactic commonly used by Trainwreckstv.

Outsourced 2 Balkan Engineering Verdict

This is a fine addition to the Outsourced genre of games. While it retains much of the playability of the original, and plenty of humour, the game stands on its own two feet, especially with the raft of bonuses available within it.

The Booster Menu, if available in your region, makes this an ideal slot for streamers who are happy to pay the higher price to activate these features to get the content that they want for their viewers. The very high volatility also adds a real sense of expectation when you try out some of these feature buy options, though always play the demo and stick to your set budget.

However, the general gameplay in the base game is also enough to make most gamers enjoy their experience. NoLimit City are not afraid of controversial characterisation, and that could be levelled here, but it is all tongue-in-cheek and the sheer entertainment of the game makes this a great option for fans of higher volatility slots — it is certainly one of the boldest slots to launch in 2026 so far.
