JasonTheWeen Punched as NMS Boxing 5 Ends With NMS 6 Tease

Jason “JasonTheWeen” Nguyen has been hosting NMS Boxing events multiple times a year, and unsurprisingly, NMS Boxing 5 ended with him taking a punch to the liver, while he also revealed key details about the next instalment, NMS 6.
NMS Boxing 3 earlier this year saw JasonTheWeen pull in a large amount of viewers despite rumors circulating that the ex-FaZe Clan member would face a hard time in making the boxing event successful. There have been comparisons between NMS Boxing and Brand Risk, but the two events are poles apart.
Brand Risk by Adin Ross goes for larger-scale events, with major streamers, influencers, and even retired professional fighters participating. NMS Boxing takes a more humble and amateur route, which is also seemingly clicking with viewers. JasonTheWeen reportedly managed to hit roughly 32k average and 50k peak viewers, with 70k watch hours with NMS 5.
JasonTheWeen says he will fight in NMS 6, and viewers will be able to buy tickets to attend
NMS Boxing 3 saw JasonTheWeen get punched in the face despite him being a referee and not a fighter. NMS 5 followed a similar pattern, as Jason was punched in the liver by Xandro when he tried to separate the fighter from JBoolin. During the livestream, Jason revealed that he will be fighting in NMS 6, and called out Nicholas “Jynxzi” Stewart, Cody “Clix” Conrod, and Rangesh “N3on” Mutama. It’s unclear if any of these high-profile streamers will participate in NMS 6, but Jason is optimistic, as he shared that viewers will be able to buy tickets and attend physically in March 2027.

The matches themselves were also dramatic, with Camden “NitroCamden” shocking audiences in his fight against Jeffrey “AsianJeff” Chong. This was NitroCamden’s first fight, but he performed substantially well and ultimately knocked out AsianJeff. Twitch streamer Morgana “Morgpie” Stone’s fight was interesting, as she was defeated by OnlyFans model Sava Schultz. Morgpie called the fight unfair, and viewers thought it was hilarious that she quit after just one round.
In another comedic turn of things, a boxer apparently walked out with his opponent’s ex-girlfriend, whom he had cheated on. Jason also displayed bad referee skills, as he forgot to stop a fight because he was fully committed to shadowboxing. All these things aside, some viewers have compared NMS 5 to Brand Risk 16, and it seems the comparison is unfair.
NMS isn’t Brand Risk, but JasonTheWeen still pulls in a decent crowd
The main reasons fans are comparing the two events are likely because both comprise amateur fighters boxing. However, this may be the only similarity between NMS Boxing and Brand Risk. Adin Ross hosts his event on a grander level, and as of right now, the streamer is focusing on Brand Risk as his primary content. The Kick streamer hit a new viewership record with Brand Risk 16, despite some issues with the headline match.
JasonTheWeen, on the other hand, received a significantly lower viewership, but that makes sense, as he isn’t promoting or hosting on the same level as Brand Risk. Despite this, NMS 5 attracted a substantial amount of viewers and was even reportedly trending on Twitch. This highlights that NMS Boxing has the potential, and Jason fighting in NMS 6 may help the streamer set new records — especially if her collaborates with some of the rumored names.
