Jason “JasonTheWeen” Nguyen hosted the NMS 3 boxing event featuring a variety of content creators and streamers, and the results saw the livestream pulled in huge viewership numbers while also resulting in the streamer getting punched in the face during a particularly intense fight.

FaZe Clan’s unexpected downfall had fans worried about their favorite FaZe streamers, but JasonTheWeen in particular seems to be doing quite well. He recently joined the Clover Boys and has now hosted a new boxing event. While some questioned whether he was trying to copy other streamers like Adin Ross, others just appreciated JasonTheWeen taking initiative and continuing larger events like NMS 3 despite the recent drama and departure from FaZe.

JasonTheWeen peaks over 100,000 concurrent viewers with NMS 3 boxing stream

The NMS 3 event was an amateur boxing event that was streamed on JasonTheWeen’s Twitch channel and featured many popular streamers who faced off against each other, and the event’s viewership totals impressed. While there were mixed reactions about whether the fighters were really giving it their best in their scheduled bouts, there’s no doubt that the community supported JasonTheWeen and his event.

The streamer was able to cross 100,000 concurrent viewers, a huge number for any content creator in the livestreaming space. And it’s a good thing that the NMS 3 event was such a success, as JasonTheWeen paid an unexpected price for it in the form of a punch that sent him down to the mat while he was acting as referee.

These are the fight results from the event:

Dat vs. Landon

Dat started off strong as soon as the fight’s first round began, throwing jabs at Landon, who deflected most of the blows. Landon dominated the subsequent rounds, even cornering Dat and knocking him down. This knockdown was replayed before the verdict was announced, with Landon the clear winner.

Redify vs. Secrym

The second fight took things up a notch, with both Redify and Secrym taking things quite seriously and exchanging significant blows. Both the offense and defense were earnest from the pair, leading to the first round ending more or less in a tie. Redify easily dominated the second round, landing multiple solid punches, while Secrym failed to defend himself and retaliate. The third round was less intense, with both fighters looking visibly tired and not throwing many serious punches, and Redify ultimately won the bout.

Pilat vs. RawDogMoon

The fight was one of the more evenly-matched between the two fighters, with both Pilat and RawDogMoon throwing punches and artfully dodging in the first round. RawDogMoon came out swinging in the second while landing multiple strong punches, and he remained consistent during the third round to pick up the decisive win.

Snowcone vs. Diana

This was the first female fight of the event, with Diana clearly dominating the first round by landing multiple punches as viewers compared Snowcone to the recent Brand Risk showing of Adam22.

Snowcone tried to fight back in the second, but Diana continued to relentlessly attack her opponent, landing multiple blows to her head. The fight was ultimately stopped by JasonTheWeen, with Diana winning dramatically.

Yusuf vs. Primez

The fifth match of the event was largely dominated by Yusuf, who came out swinging as soon as the fight began. Primez tried to defend himself, but Yusuf landed multiple blows to the face and abdomen before the first round ended. The other two rounds were largely similar, with Yusuf landing serious blows and Primez struggling to offer much in return.

Viewers were generally disappointed with the fight, complaining to JasonTheWeen that it the worst bout of NMS 3 and claiming that Yusuf was bound to win because Primez hardly fought back.

PrimatePaige vs. KatieB

This fight began with both fighters trading blows, but some commented that KatieB was smiling and pulling her punches despite her clear advantage over PrimatePaige. This changed in the second round as KatieB went all in and PrimatePaige couldn’t defend herself. The third round was similar, and KatieB easily won the fight.

BigEx vs. Tae2Smooth

This fight was more like a sparring session than a boxing match, and BigEx dominated the first round despite not many blows being traded. Viewers largely attributed this to BigEx just plain being bigger than Tae2Smooth.

But Tae2Smooth made a comeback in the second round when BigEx was visibly tired. The final round saw BigEx come in with heavy punches, but he got tired himself as an energized Tae came right back. The fight ultimately ended as a draw, and the most notable thing about it was the new Clover Boy member JasonTheWeen being dropped to the NMS 3 mat after being accidentally punched by Tae2Smooth.

Myth vs. a2guapo

The main event bout began with both fighters trading punches before a2guapo got Myth cornered and landed multiple quick blows in succession. The second round started just as strong for a2guapo, who once again cornered Myth multiple times and landed back-to-back punches to the face and body. The final round was more evenly matched and felt like an all-out brawl, with both fighters trying their best to win.

The fight ultimately ended with Myth winning as NMS 3 came to a climax under the watch of JasonTheWeen, though many viewers claimed that a2guapo was robbed.
