What is popular Twitch streamer Ninja's net worth?

Tyler “Ninja” Blevins was once one of the biggest streamers in the entire world, and looking at Ninja’s net worth, as we have on this page it is clear to say that his career has been a highly profitable one to date.

Ninja is still the third most-followed streamer on Twitch, with an audience built up over a decade and a half. He has made headlines over the years from his Fortnite career to his signing on with the failed streaming platform Mixer and his trademark low taper fade haircut. Despite a few brief hiatuses from streaming on Twitch and YouTube, Ninja clearly knows how to maintain an audience. He’s no longer one of the most popular streamers in the world, but there’s no denying his place in livestreaming lore.

Streaming doesn’t always pay off, but when it does, it can pay of big. Ninja is a great example of exactly that, having used his talent and a little bit of luck to build an impressive net worth.

What is Ninja’s net worth?

As of 2026, Ninja’s net worth is approximately $50 million USD, making him one of the wealthiest streamers to date across any platform, including Twitch.

A significant portion of the streamer’s wealth reportedly came from his switch to, and the subsequent closure of, Microsoft’s Mixer livestreaming platform. Ninja signed to stream exclusively on the new platform in August 2019. But Mixer proved to be a failed endeavor, never really taking off as was intended.

Mixer merged with Facebook Gaming in June 2020 and had to pay out an estimated $30 million to Ninja as his deal with Microsoft brand was brought to an early close. Between the money paid to him for initial switch and the later buyout, Ninja is reported to have come out of the year-long streaming switch approximately $40 million richer. That’s a huge take, especially considering that all he really had to do was stream somewhere else for a while.

This is where luck comes in for someone like Ninja, as while there’s no doubting his in-game skill and his on-stream charisma, he was able to add hugely to his net worth by blowing up at the right time to ride the wave of big-money deals being paid to streamers in what was still a new and emerging livestreaming industry.

Ninja has had a few other notable income sources that contribute to his overall net worth. He won over $250,000 between dozens of Fortnite events and esports competitions he participated in. He has his own merch line that at one point is thought to have done quite well for him, brand deals with companies like G Fuel and La Roche-Posay, and is a cofounder of Nutcase premium hydration milk.

In 2023, GameSquare Holdings appointed Ninja as their Chief Innovation Officer. He reportedly received one million stock options and one million restricted stock units, further evidence of his willingness to engage in new business opportunities.

How much does Ninja make per month?

Ninja previously admitted in 2021 that he was able to make $500,000 per month between his combined streaming activity on both Twitch and YouTube. The streamer has been more transparent than many other content creators about some of his major business dealings and payouts over the years, and that includes how much money he’s been able to make in a single month’s time.

It’s important to note, however, that Ninja was able to make that much money per month near to the peak of his popularity online. His viewership across Twitch and YouTube have dropped far below those peak numbers in the ensuing years, and Ninja almost certainly earns much less per month now, though he still continues streaming actively and further contributing to his net worth.

His continued dedication to streaming is impressive, considering that he had already claimed to have made $10 million from his streaming career by 2018 and has only further added to his wealth in the time since.

Who is Twitch streamer Ninja?

Ninja is a popular streamer across the internet who first became famous for his Fortnite streams.

While he later became one of the most-watched streamers on Twitch, Ninja originally began his career as an esports competitor, competing as a Halo 3 pro in 2009. He has been on a number of notable esports teams, like Team Liquid and Luminosity Gaming, and he also played other games including H1Z1 and PUBG. Ninja began publishing content online in 2011, but mainly focused on his competitive career.

However, the streamer’s career really took off alongside the rise of Fortnite. Ninja quickly broke streaming records, becoming the first Twitch streamer to pass 3 million followers and the first PC player to it manage 5,000 wins in the game. He received his own Fortnite skin in 2020.

Other games that Ninja plays include Apex Legends and Arc Raiders. While he tried streaming both Mixer and Kick, Twitch has remained his primary livestreaming home. He has accumulated over 19 million followers on Twitch and over 23 million followers on YouTube.

There are plenty of places to find Ninja offline, as well. He has several books, including a guide to becoming a gaming streamer. The creator also released an album, appeared on The Masked Singer, and created a MasterClass on streaming.

Ninja has invested in several charitable operations over the years. One of his biggest feats was raising $340,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in 2018 alongside fellow streamers Tim “TimTheTatman” Betar and Benjamin “DrLupo” Lupo. He and musician Marshmallow also won a Fortnite Pro-Am event in April 2018 and were able to donate one million dollars to a charity of their choosing. More recently, Ninja and his brother raised $93,000 for cancer research with the University of Michigan.

With an impressive net worth behind him, Ninja is truly up there in terms of wealth along with Kick streamers like Felix “xQc” Lengyel. Fortunately for him and his fans, Ninja seems to have remained as down to earth as ever despite the incredible highs he’s experienced over the course of his long and varied gaming career in and around gaming.

What was Ninja’s biggest career moment?

Ninja’s time playing Fortnite was huge, and it wouldn’t be a stretch to say that he was the biggest creator for a good while. However, his biggest career moment definitely came in the form of his collaboration stream with Drake.

Drake was one of the biggest names in the music world since he had just released God’s Plan. It only made sense for the two creators to come together and play the most popular game. Of course, this means that Ninja and Drake played Fortnite in March 2018.

This single stream drew in more than 600,000 concurrent viewers on Twitch, shattering multiple records at the time. It also helped Twitch and livestreaming as a whole break out into the mainstream audience. Multiple media outlets were covering the event, resulting in exposure that brought sponsorship deals, television appearances, and partnerships for the platform’s streamers.

Of course, this wasn’t the only large career moment that Ninja experienced. The streamer also played Fortnite with the likes of Travis Scott, Lil Yachty, and Marshmello. He also appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to teach her about the basics of the game. This was when Ellen was also at the peak of her career, so Ninja has really made himself relevant at the most opportune times.

What businesses has Ninja invested in?

Ninja may still be a large streamer, but he is far from his 2018 peak. Still, the streamer seemingly took advantage of his popularity and income to dip his toes into all sorts of businesses and this is shown in his huge net worth.

The most notable achievement was likely in 2023 when he joined GameSquare Holdings as Chief Innovation Officer. The streamer reportedly received one million stock options and one million stock units. For someone who originally advertised himself as just another streamer, this was a notable achievement, especially at the time.

Nutcase is another business that Ninja invested in; he’s the co-founder of the premium chocolate milk and hydration drink brand. The drink has been featured in multiple YouTube videos and is currently a well-known product in the space.

Aside from all of this, Ninja has also invested in ventures such as merchandise, book releases, licensing deals, and educational content. Most of his ventures are aimed at younger gamers and aspiring streamers. Since few streamers have reached Ninja’s peak, it makes sense that many prospective streamers will want to learn from his success.
