xQc explains absence from Twitch streaming, when he'll return
Fans were shocked when Felix “xQc” Lengyel stopped streaming. The prolific streamer is usually on Twitch daily, but didn’t show up for three full days.
Before the seemingly random streaming hiatus, xQc didn’t tell fans he would be stepping away from Twitch. His fans were left wondering what was going on with the controversial content creator. But xQc has finally shed some light on what’s been going on. Sort of.
Claiming everything is in “disaray,” xQc said he needed “a little more time” while things were so “unpredictable.” His clarifying tweet didn’t specify exactly what was stressing xQc out, but many speculated that he was in the middle of moving.
EVERYTHING IS IN DISARAY, I CAN GO LIVE BUT I DON’T WANT TO STREAM UNTIL I CAN MAKE “GOOD” STREAMS AGAIN. GONNA NEED A LITTLE MORE TIME. UNPREDICTABLES KEEP STACKING UP. SORRY

xQc decides to move after getting swatted
In June, xQc opened up about being swatted on an almost daily basis. Getting swatted means that another person calls law enforcement and tells them there is a dangerous threat at someone’s house. This results in police showing up to the victim’s house, expecting violence or danger inside. In the past, this has led to some individuals being shot by police.
xQc told fans that this made him fear for his life. As a result, xQc and his partner moved in with other streamers, including Thomas “Sodapoppin” Morris and Nick “Nmplol” Polom. This was just a temporary arrangement, according to Nmplol, who said that xQc moved out on July 12.
While it’s still unclear what has kept xQc from streaming, fans are relieved to hear from him. Most fans told him to take the time he needed, probably understanding the potential stress of the situation and hoping that the move would make him feel better.
