Hogwarts Legacy
offers the full student experience. Hogsmeade is the town near Hogwarts where students can purchase any item they might need. The small town has it all, including a hidden gem called Dogweed and Deathcap in Hogwarts Legacy. This shop is a bit out of the way, but it is worth the visit.
Hogwarts is no different than a regular school, you will need supplies for classes and assignments. Attending classes is a must in Hogwarts Legacy, these will help you unlock spells, potions, and other skills that will help you as you advance through the game.
Some plants are mandatory to complete certain parts of the game. For example, you need Mallowsweet Leaves if you want
to take the Merlin Trials. Supply for this item is low, and growing it in the greenhouse is the best option for players.
At Dogweed and Deathcap, among other things, players can purchase fertilizer to help them grow plants faster. Early in the game, Professor Garlick asks students to buy Mandrakes and Venomous Tentaculas, both plants can also be found at this store.
Where is Dogweed and Deathcap in Hogwarts Legacy?
Dogwood and Deathcap is technically in the Hogsmeade area, but it is not among the stores on the main street. To get to Dogweed and Deathcap, you could use either Floo fast travel point. The one northernmost in the town will get you closer to the store. Find the bridge that goes over the creek and follow the path.
You will see a property and, if you continue, another path to the left. Take it, and at the end, you will find Dogweed and Deathcap.

How to get gold in Hogwarts Leegacy?
Dogweed and Deathcap is not a cheap store. Players will need a significant amount of gold if they wish to get the items they need. There are different ways to earn Galleons, but some of the quickest are selling unused gear and finding the Eye Chests.
Selling unused gear should be a common practice. Gear slots are limited, and if you find an item with better stats, keeping another one with worse stats makes no sense. To sell your unused items, go to Hogsmeade and visit the different stores. The clerks will take anything you don’t want from your hands.
The second method
is finding the Eye Chests. These are chests hidden around the school that can help you earn up to 5,000 Galleons. Hogwarts is hiding ten Eye Chests, and each one grants 500 Galleons. Finding the Eye Chests is the fastest way to get gold early in the game and one that players should take as soon as possible.
Before trying to find the Eye Chests, players must complete the Secrets of the Restricted Section quest, part of the main story. Once completed, players will learn the Disillusionment spell, which is needed to safely approach the Eye Chests. Learn the spell, find the chests, and get ready to spend big at Dogweed and Deathcap.
