Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is being hailed as one of the best superhero films of all time thanks to its emotional story and unique, dynamic animation style. So far, it has made over $500 million at the worldwide box office. Fans are already wondering when the flashy film will come to streaming services.

When is Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse streaming?

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is being released digitally on July 18, 2023 but it’s currently unclear when it will become available on streaming services. It will be different for each streaming platform.

Is Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse coming to Netflix?

Yes!

The latest Spider-Man movie will make its way to Netflix around December of 2023. That’s about six months after its theatrical release, a similar time frame to when Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse dropped on Netflix in 2019.

Will Spider-Man: Across the Universe stream on Disney+?

Yes, you can expect to see Spider-Man on Disney+ as well. Following in the footsteps of other superhero films before it, Spider-Man will eventually be part of the Disney+ collection, although this probably won’t happen until 2025.

This is due to a “pay-one window” that allows Netflix to have exclusive streaming rights to the film for 18 months. This is part of a five-year deal between Sony and Netflix.

Is Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse coming to HBO Max?

Unfortunately, no. This film is not part of Universal Pictures so it will not end up on this streaming platform.
