Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot combines elements from fighting and role-playing games. Battles are part of the story, but the primary activities are collecting Z orbs, eating, fishing, driving, and training. The game closely follows the plot of the original anime, and players get the opportunity to relive it as one of the playable characters. He is an experienced warrior from Universe 7 who enjoys fighting and is part of the Saiyan Army under the Frieza Force. Bardock eventually realizes that his leader is planning on destroying the Saiyan race and decided to send his son Kakarot to Earth.

 Bardock: Alone Against Fate will follow the events of the TV special with scenes of life in Planet Vegeta. Players can interact with Bardock’s friends and explore areas in Planet Vegeta, like the Saiyan Settlements and the Frieza Army Base.

Is Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot free?

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is not free. The base version of the game sells for $59.99. A bundle with the DLC sells for an additional $9.99. Players can also buy 110 Platinum coins, the in-game currency, for $49.99.

On January 13, an enhanced version of the game will be released for PlayStation 5. Players who already own the PlayStation 4 version will receive it for free.
