What characters are part of Honkai: Star Rail?

Honkai: Star Rail is the new game by miHoYo, the company behind Genshin Impact. It is a new story with an incredible cast, and here is everything we know about the starting characters in Honkai: Star Rail.

Honkai: Star Rail is the fourth installment in the Honkai series. It includes a mixture of new characters and reimagined versions of characters from Honkai Impact 3rd. The events of the game take place after Honkai Impact 3rd.

The story starts with two Stellaron Hunters, Kafka and Silver Wolf, who break into a Space Station that is under attack by the Antimatter Legion. Kafka and Silver Wolf steal the Stellaron and create an artificial human known as the Trailblazer, this is the player’s main character. The player will then meet March 7th and Dan Heng, two crew members of the Astral Express. The Trailblazer, March 7th, and Dan Heng, accompanied by Arlan, must escape the Station and return to safety.

Starting Characters in Honkai: Star Rail

At the beginning of the game, players will get the opportunity to temporarily control four characters, plus the Trailblazer. Upon release, the game has a total of 27 characters.

Kafka

A member of the Stellaron Hunters. Kafka is a beautiful woman with a calm energy. Wanted by the Interastral Peace Corporation. Her path is The Nihillity, and her element is Lighting.

Silver Wolf

A member of the Stellaron Hunters and a talented hacker. Silver Wolf has the unique ability to tamper with the date of reality, so the world is a big game to her. Her path is The Nihillity, and her element is Quantum.

March 7th

A lively crew member of the Astral Express. March 7th joined the crew after being rescued by them from the eternal ice. Her path is The Preservation, and her element is Ice.

Dan Heng

Dan Heng is the train guard of the Astral Express. He has a cold and reserved personality. Dan Heng wields a spear named the Cloud Piercer. His path is The Hunt, and his element is Wind.

Arlan

Arlan is the head of security at the Herta Space Station. He has a dog companion named Peppy. His path is The Destruction, and his element is Lightning.

Himeko

Himeko is the navigator in the Astral Express, she is an adventurous scientist. Her path is The Erudition, and her element is Fire.

Asta

Asta is the lead astronomy researcher, she is in charge of the Herta Space Station’s affairs. Asta manages the staff at the Space Station and is in communication with the Intelligentsia Guild. Her path is The Harmony, and her element is Fire.

Bailu

Bailu is a healer of the Vidyadhara race. Her path is The Abundance, and her element is Lightning.

Blade

Blade is a member of the Stellaron Hunters, his real name is unknown, and he wields an ancient sword. His path is The Destruction, and his element is Wind.

Bronya

Bronya is the heir to the Supreme Guardian of Belobog and commander of the Silvermane Guard. Her path is Harmony, and her element is Wind.

Clara

Clara is an orphan with a shy personality. Clara is accompanied by Svarog, an ancient mech. Her path is The Destruction, and her element is Physical.

Gepard

Gepard is the captain of the Silvermane Guards, he is a member of the noble Landau family from Belobog. His path is The Preservation, and his element is Ice.

Herta

Master of the Herta Space Station, she usually appears in the form of a puppet. Herta is considered as neglecting master who abandoned the Space Station. Her path is The Erudition, and her element is Ice.

Hook

Hook is the adventurous boss of the Moles squad. Her path is The Destruction, and her element is Fire.

Jing Yuan

Jing Yuan is the general of the Xianzhou Alliance’s Cloud Knight. As one of the Six Charioteers of the Luofu, he is worried about the future of the flagship. His path is The Erudition, and his element is Lightning.

Luocha

Luocha appeared in the Xianzhou Luofu with a coffin coming from beyond the seas. He is a healer and foreign trader. His path is The Abundance, and his element is Imaginary.

Natasha

Natasha is a doctor from The Underworld, she has a kind personality. Her path is The Abundance, and her element is Physical.

Pela

Pela is an Intelligence Officer affiliated with the Silvermane Guards. Her path is The Nihility, and her element is Ice.

Qingque

Qingque is a low-level Diviner at the Divination Commission. Her path is The Erudition, and her element is Quantum.

Sampo

Sampo is a mercenary from the Underworld, he will take any job that is offered. His path is The Nihility, and his element is Wind.

Serval

Serval is a mechanic who runs a rock ‘n’ rolled-themed workshop in Belobog and the eldest daughter of the Landau family. Her path is The Erudition and her element is Lightning.

Seele

A member of Wildfire, Seele grew up in the Underworld of Belobog. Her nickname is Babochka, which means butterfly. Her path is The Hunt, and her element is Quantum.

Sushang

Sushang is a rookie member of the Xianzhou Luofu’s Cloud Knights, her goal is to climb through the ranks. Her path is The Hunt, and her element is Physical.

Tingyun

Tingyun is the Head Representative of the Whistling Flames, a merchant guild that has been approved by the Sky-Farin Commision. Her path is The Harmony, and her element is Lightning.

Trailblazer

Players will get to choose between Stelle and Caelus, these are the female and male codenames, respectively. They contain the Sterallon stolen by Kafka and Silver Wolf. Players will get to choose the path, and at the beginning, it starts with a Physical element.
