Serious competitive experiences in Call of Duty: Warzone aren’t just exclusive to pros sponsored by esports organizations and popular battle royale streamers. You can get in on the action too.

Drop-In Gaming offers everyone the chance to take part in legitimate competitions across a variety of different titles in a variety of different ways. Among the long list of games Drop-In Gaming covers is Call of Duty: Warzone, and the platform is regularly hosting $700 Solo Slayout tournaments with a $245 top prize that are open to anyone wanting to enter.

How to compete in Call of Duty: Warzone

If you’re looking to compete in Call of Duty: Warzone and flex your skills, this may be the opportunity you’ve been looking for. Solo Slayout tournaments are exactly what the name suggests. Players have one hour to rack up as many kills as possible, with extra points rewarded based on placement in each game played.

Players receive one point for each kill they score in a game. A first-place finish in a game yields five additional points, while second place yields four points, and so on. The player with the most points at the end of one hour of play wins the event and the first-place cash prize. For reasons of competitive integrity, streaming during the competition is required. It doesn’t matter how many viewers you’re streaming to, whether it’s 1,000 or zero. What’s important is that your gameplay can be viewed and verified for its legitimacy. This keeps the competition fair in its online setting.

The Solo Slayout tournament is available for both console and PC players. Entry is $10 and up to 100 players are able to enter each such event. As “solo” in the name suggests, this is a solo event, meaning players do not have to pull together a team ahead of the event. All you need is yourself and your skills.

One such upcoming competition will take place on March 29 at 7:30 p.m. PST, but these events are available for play every week. If this next date doesn’t work or the rules aren’t to your liking, it’s no trouble. Drop-In Gaming hosts multiple tournaments each day for Call of Duty: Warzone. Alongside the Solo Slayout tournaments are duo and trio events, giving players a number of different ways to add some real stakes to a gaming session with or without their teammates.

And if Call of Duty: Warzone isn’t your preferred game, Drop-In Gaming offers action on a variety of titles. Alongside other battle royales including Apex Legends and Fortnite, Rocket League, a variety of sports titles, and more. Drop-In Gaming can also help players set up custom tournaments in a variety of other games.

Make sure to check out the full list of scheduled events to find one that works for you.
