
The official Valorant Champions Tour team has announced the groups for the 2024 tournament being held in Seoul.
According to a statement and image shared on the Valorant Champions X account, four Valorant Champion tour groups will be taking part in the competition in Seoul, South Korea, from August 1st to 25th, 2024.Â

VCT 2024 EMEA champions Fnatic will be participating in Valorant Champions 2024 as part of group A. alongside them are DRX, KRĂś Esports, and BiliBili Gaming. Considering the fact that Fnatic was fourth in last year’s Champions, hopes are high for them this year.Â
Group B includes VCT 2024 Pacific champions Gen.G Esports, FunPlus Phoenix, Heretics, and Sentinels. Some of these teams have gone up against each other in the past, with FunPlus Phoenix and Heretics getting something of a rematch after the latter beat the former at a previous tournament in Shanghai.
Group C includes Leviatán, who won the Valorants Champions Tournament in the Americas this year, as well as Vitality, Trace Esports, and Talon Esports. The fourth group, Group D, comprises EDward Gaming, G2 Epsports, Paper Rex, and FUT Esports.
All of these teams have been much hyped in the esports sector, and now, they will face off against each other for the ever-shrinking spots as the tournament continues.
Along with the announcement of the teams, the VCT Seoul merch collection was all announced. The collection will include an Alpha Tech Hoodie, Supernova Packable Anorak, Supernova Tee, and Supernova Dry Fit Long Sleeve Tee. The collection will be released on July 25, 2024.Â
Finally, the official song for the tournament, called “Superpower” by Kiss of Life and Mark Tuan, will be released on July 24, 2024. The Champions 2024 bundle is yet to be revealed.
