The 2019 League of Legends World Championship culminated last weekend with FunPlus Phoenix taking the crown. In about a month from the group stage’s beginnings to finals, 16 teams competed on the Worlds stage.

Some players were more dominant than others in terms of in-game statistics. Some had high kill/death/assist ratios just because they played only a few games, but overall, FPX and Griffin dominated across all aspects.

FPX players have highest win rates, GRF has highest KDA

Although it’s C9 Academy bot laner Matthew “Deftly” Chen who has the only 100% win rate at the Worlds main event, this is because he only had one opportunity to play a game. Deftly’s only performance and only win was with Kai’Sa against Hong Kong Attitude.

But it’s FPX’s players that can truly say they achieved the highest win rate at Worlds, according to gol.gg data. Each of the team’s players achieved a 77.8% win rate across 18 games played. Their win rate is contested only by SK Telecom T1’s support Lee “Effort” Sang-ho, who reached 75%.

FPX players weren’t the ones with the best KDA, though. Park “Viper” Do-hyeon and Son “Lehends” Si-woo, Griffin’s duo bot lane, topped that leaderboard. Both Viper and Lehends had an 8.4 KDA, with their personal best performances on Kai’Sa and Yuumi, respectively.

The player with the highest average kills was FPX’s bot laner Lin “Lwx” Wei-Xiang, but the highest damage dealt belongs to Royal Never Give Up bot laner Jian “Uzi” Zi-Hao, who also had the highest gold per minute in the tournament after being eliminated in the group stage.

Viper the only player to get a pentakill at Worlds, Uzi has highest CSM

The only pentakill of the Worlds main stage belonged to Viper. Viper outplayed Invictus Gaming with Xayah, picking up kills against the whole team in a river fight.

But Viper wasn’t at the top when it came to the creep score per minute. The best farmer was Uzi with the 11.1 CSM, closely followed by Team Liquid’s bot laner Yiliang “Doublelift” Peng.
