TI10 True Sight release date revealed in Arlington Major
True Sight is the king of esports documentaries and TI10 is finally joining the acclaimed series with a release date finally revealed for the film.
Valve has finally announced a True Sight documentary for The International 2021. The documentary will showcase the unprecedented victory of Team Spirit at TI10, where the squad earned more than $18 million. It will also give another look at runner-up PSG.LGD.
Valve announced the project with a trailer at the Arlington Major. Right after OG mid laner Bozhidar “bzm” Bogdanov went 26-0 to win a series against beastcoast, the panel showed a brief trailer. The video opens up with statements from Spirit coach Airat “Silent” Gaziev and ends with LGD director Zhang “xiao8” Ning.
The release of a new True Sight means a bunch of new animations featuring Dota 2 heroes. Valve loves recreating important moments with custom animations in the Source 2 engine. The preview puts particular emphasis on Magomed “Collapse” Khalilov’s Magnus, which played a pivotal role in Team Spirit’s 3-2 victory. Dota 2 fans will finally get a behind-the-scenes look at the TI10 grand finals.
When is TI10 True Sight coming out?
The official release date for the TI10 True Sight documentary is September 24, 2022.
True Sight is an acclaimed Dota 2 documentary series that gives an inside look at the single most lucrative match in esports. Based on previous entries in the series, the True Sight for TI10 will be roughly 90 minutes long, The bulk of the content will be audio and video captured live at TI10. The True Sight episode covering TI10 will be seventh in the series and the third focusing on the grand finals of The International.
Previous Dota 2 True Sight documentaries can be watched on the official Dota 2 YouTube channel. The TI7 and TI8 True Sights are also available for free through Steam. Watching the older True Sight movies is a great way to prepare for the September 24 release date of the TI10 installment.
