What is the easiest Gym Leader order in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet?

There is a total of eight Gym Leaders in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet with eight different types and levels. Like in a regular Pokemon game, some Gym Leaders use Pokemon of lower levels, and others are harder to defeat.

The easiest Gym Leader is Katy, the Bug type trainer from the Cortondo Gym. Katy uses Pokemon levels 14 and 15. The next destination should be the Artazon Gym, led by Brassius, who uses Grass type Pokemon level 16 and 17. Grass and Bug type Pokemon are weak against Fire types, so this path benefits players that picked Fuecoco as their starter.

Lono from the Levincia Gym is the third Leader to encounter. She uses Electric type Pokemon levels 23 and 24. In this Gym, Grass and Ground type Pokemon have the advantage. Kofu is the Water type specialist in charge of the Cascarrafa Gym. Kofu’s Pokemon are level 29 and 30, and again Grass type is a good counter.

At the Medali Gym, Larry is waiting. He uses Normal type, levels 35 and 36. The team to face this Gym must include Rock, Ghost, and Steel type. In the sixth Gym, things start to get difficult. The Montevera Gym is home to Ryme, a Ghost type trainer with Pokemon of levels 41 and 42. At this point, having a strong Dark type Pokemon would be beneficial.

A Dark type Pokemon is useful at the Alfornada Gym where trainers face the Psychic type trainer Tulip. Her Pokemon are levels 44 and 45.

Last but certainly not least is Grusha, the Ice type specialist at the Glaseado Gym. A Fire starter comes in handy again when facing the level 47 and 48 Pokemon.
