The 3 most subscribed female streamers on Twitch in 2021
The most subscribed women on Twitch represent a mix of gaming, chatting, and music production.
While the video game industry has for many years been male-dominated, that has changed in recent years. In fact, several female streamers have risen to the very top of of the streaming ranks in and around gaming.
Twitch subscriptions are one of the better ways to judge streamer popularity, as they cost real money and give a rough indication of a streamer’s income. Based on information from Twitch Tracker, these are the three most subbed female Twitch streamers as of late 2021.
Miyoung “kkatamina” Kim
Variety streamer Miyoung “kkatamina” Kim has officially become the most subscribed female streamer on Twitch. Her Twitch Tracker page reports that Mina has 57,075 active subscribers. That makes her the fourth-most subscribed streamer on all of Twitch and the most-subbed female streamer in the platform’s history. Her streams primarily consist of just chatting and variety games, but she also plays Valorant, Dark Souls, and Teamfight Tactics.
kkatamina’s popularity exploded in late 2021 due to several collaborations with other top Twitch streamers. Unlike other streamers in the top ten, nearly half of kkatamina’s subscribers are gift subs. Fellow streamer Rachell “Valkyrae” Hofstetter donated over $5,000 worth of subscribers as part of a subathon early in November.
Kaitlyn “Amouranth” Siragusa
The second most-subscribed female Twitch streamer is Amouranth with 15,817 subscribers. Twitch Tracker ranks her as the 40th most popular streamer on the platform. Her channel has previously been within the top 20, but her subscriber count has dropped over the past few months. Amouranth is most famous for her hot tub streams, but she has heavily pivoted towards ASMR content in recent months.
Amouranth was a central figure in the hot tub streaming controversy that enveloped Twitch in 2021. During that period, she quickly became one of the most-subbed female streamers on the platform. Her most recent venture involved buying a gas station in order to circumvent tax laws.
Anika “Sintica” F.
The third most-subbed female streamer on Twitch is Sintica, a music producer from Germany. Sintica mixes and DJs music on her official stream, which has exploded in popularity over the past two months. In August of 2020, she had just 475 followers. Now she boasts 15,246 subscribers, making her the 43rd most subscribed streamer in the world.
In addition to Twitch, Sintica is extremely popular on several music streaming platforms. The radio edit of her song Love Of My Life has almost 1.2 million listens on Spotify. Outside of her life as a streamer, Sintica keeps many personal details private. That hasn’t stopped her from becoming the third most-subbed female streamer on Twitch.
