Turner “Tfue” Tenney and Dennis “Cloakzy” Lepore are the new Fortnite Fall Skirmish champions.

The duo representing FaZe Clan came on top in the final stage of a competition celebrated at TwitchCon in San Jose, California.

After an intense weekend of games, Tfue and Cloakzy came on top of the competition with 28 eliminations and 17 points accrued. The FaZe Clan duo took home the title and the accompanying $400,000 cash prize, plus extra rewards for their performance during the weekend. In total, Epic Games paid $2.6 million to the competitors at the Fortnite Fall Skirmish.

The tournament was divided into two stages: the heats and the finals. Registration for the tournament was opened prior to TwitchCon, though a portion of the players received direct invitations to take part in the event. Jack “CouRageJD” Dunlop and Ben “DrLupo” Lupo served as broadcast talent.

FaZe Clan player Nate “NateHill” Hill and his duo partner Trevor “FunkBomb” Siegler finished in second place, making it a stellar weekend for FaZe Clan in Fortnite.

Another organization showing up on the final scoreboard was Ghost Gaming. Representing the North American organization were Timothy “Bizzle” Miller and Dylan “Dmo” Moore, who finished fourth. They were followed by Justin “Kayuun” Ha and Sean “Sean” Close, then Christian “Snood” Hastie and Zander “thwifo” Kim.

The Fortnite Fall Skirmish was the last major Fortnite competition scheduled for 2018. According to the Fornite’s website, the next competition would be the Fortnite World Cup Qualifiers which will be open to all players. Those that advance will take part in the Fortnite World Cup scheduled for 2019. The event was announced early this year and will feature a massive $100 million prize pool.
