TFT: Glitched out is the mid-set update for Teamfight Tactics‘ first set of 2023, Teamfight Tactics: Monsters Attack, here’s what you need to know.

For every set of Teamfight Tactics, Riot decides to freshen up the gameplay at the halfway point with new mechanics, units, and traits. For Monsters Attack, Riot is bringing a theme that would make League of Legends’ resident bug-finder Vandiril proud with Glitched Out! From the new traits to new mechanics, here’s everything you need to know about TFT: Glitched Out.

TFT Glitched Out brings tons of new content

The big headlining mechanic of the new mid-set update is Glitched Out carousels, which are more powerful versions of the normal unit Carousel. Sometimes these will give away two items instead of one, or a completed item anvil and similarly powerful new options. Here are what each stage offers in Glitched Out carousels.

Stage 1 – Components appear as normal

Stage 2 – Normal components appear in addition to utility items like Loaded Dice

Stage 3 – Component anvils appear alongside items like Lesser Duplicators

Stage 4 – Ornn item anvils, Completed item anvils, and similar anvils appear

Stage 5 – Stage 5 includes the chance for Tome of Traits, Cha mpion Duplicators and all the rewards from previous stages.

The new set also brings new traits and origins to the table. The largest of the new traits is Infini-team, a trait that spawns duplicates of Infini-team units placed in certain positions on the board.

There’s also Parallel, a trait that rewards you for having both iterations of Ezreal that appear in the set, Ezreal and Ultimate Ezreal. Quickdraw, another trait possessed by Ezreal, has been added to many units, and it adds an extra damage projectile for every two damaging projectiles the unit fires. Riftwalkers summon Zac, an extra unit on the board that takes on the last trait of the nearest unit. These new traits will shake up the game in much-needed ways to keep the metagame fresh.

T1 exposes Karmine Corp with 3-0 win at League of Legends MSI 2026 Wasif Ahmed T1 just beat Karmine Corp 3-0 in the play-in stage of the 2026 Mid-Season Invitational. More importantly, T1 turned KC’s strengths into weaknesses. The bot lane and teamfight prowess that shone in the LEC were no match this time. The match started with Karmine Corp picking a disrespectful draft, blind picking three immobile squishies. Right off the bat, a botched invade put their jungle and bot lane at a disadvantage. ...
