Lineups in Counter-Strike 2 are much easier to learn. This new Overpass B-site setup is proof.

Overpass is the latest map in CS2 beta testing, and while it has some flaws, it’s overall a pretty balanced location. The layout remains the same, but Source 2 luster has made Overpass a sight to behold. However, it remains a challenging map to play for both sides, specifically for the T side.

Ts can easily take control of B site using this new setup, which is easy to learn, and even easier to execute during fast-paced MM games.

Overpass B site smoke setup

Overpass

Taking control of the Overpass B site is a tall order. However, this brand-new setup on CS2 is pretty easy and only requires one player. This lineup begins from B long and can be executed perfectly if the same player has two smokes. Here’s how to do it.

Stand at the opposite corner of B long near the trash bags and equip the first smoke. Aim at the center of the railway track and jump-toss the smoke. Equip the second grenade and aim at the railing. Once again, jump and release the smoke.

The first smoke falls on the opposite side of the plant box, and the second covers the crossing. The best part about this setup is that you won’t have to waste time trying to find the first lineup. Since both smokes start from the same spot, they can be executed in a beat, leading to a perfect site smoke setup.

This setup blocks the AWPer in heaven, allowing teammates to enter the site both B long and short. You may also plant the bomb safely, as the two smokes cover the entire default area.

Overpass is currently only available for CS2 beta testers. Valve recently rolled out another wave of access, so you may want to log in and check for your key!
