Riot Games is looking to reward League of Legends fans who get in on the ground floor of Arcane.
The RiotX Arcane event has been revealed, offering Arcane-themed rewards across all Riot titles. The centerpiece of this is a Twitch drop system that offers up a set of items for almost every Riot title, including League of Legends, Valorant, Teamfight Tactics, Legends of Runeterra, and League of Legends: Wild Rift.
Twitch drops are all the rage these days, and with so many rewards on the line it’s worth going over exactly how to get them. Here’s how to get the upcoming RiotX Arcane Twitch drops.
The RiotX Arcane Twitch drops are rewards for those who watch Arcane through Twitch or the show’s official website on November 6. The watch party begins after the conclusion of the 2021 League of Legends World Championship. Here’s how to get in on the action:
Twitch accounts can be linked to a variety of video game-related accounts, including Riot accounts. This can be done through the “Connections” section of your Twitch profile settings page.
There is an alternative to people who either don’t or won’t watch through Twitch. Users can also get the Arcane watch rewards through the official Arcane website. This can be done through the following:
Arcane watch rewards are set to be available on multiple occasions as new episodes are rolled out. More items are likely to be made available in each Riot Games title.
The Twitch drop for the Arcane premier on November 6 is set to include the following items:
Alongside these Arcane watch rewards are a number of in-game events for each Riot Games title. Some of these will be tied to previously planned events, such as the rollout of Valorant Episode 3, Act 3 and the release of TFT: Gizmos and Gadgets. There are also set to be plenty of events and cosmetics across the entire Riot Games catalog.
The Arcane premier event on Twitch will take place on November 6 at 5:30 p.m. PT.
The event will be hosted collaboratively between Riot Games’ official channels as well as with certain partnered streamers who will be hosting watch parties for the event. Players can also tune in on the official Arcane website and link their Riot accounts there to get the Arcane rewards.
It does not seem as though the Arcane premier watch rewards will be available after November 6.
Those who want the watch rewards ought to regard this as required appointment viewing, since there’s no guarantee that some or any of these rewards will be coming back later. The good news is that those who miss out will likely have another crack at getting something on November 15.
