Reapered joins 100 Thieves as the new head coach, Zikz leaves
Former Cloud9 head coach Bok “Reapered” Han-gyu has been announced as the new head coach for 100 Thieves.
Starting with the 2021 LCS Summer Split, Reapered will take over the head coach position on 100 Thieves after the team’s stumble in the Mid-Season Showdown. Reapered will replace Anthony “Zikz” Gray, who has been with 100 Thieves since November 2019. Reapered will be back as an active coach after taking a break during the recent split, after parting ways with Cloud9 in September last year.
Welcome
@Reapered
as our LCS Head Coach!
A previous LCK Champion, Reapered started his coaching career in 2015 and has coached across China & NA. He holds an LCS Championship with 5x Worlds appearances. Excited to build our team with him as we approach Worlds this year.

Reapered will be looking to take 100 Thieves to greater heights in the next split, and he has a very talented roster to work with. The former Cloud9 coach has previously been known for developing talent, with one LCS trophy in the bag and four showings at the World Championship. Reapered’s resume is not to be underestimated and he could be the missing piece that this lineup has lacked.
With Reapered joining the team, former head coach Zikz will be without a team after three splits at 100 Thieves. Zikz has helped 100 Thieves improve over the last season but didn’t reach the top placement that the organization is chasing. After getting four new players for the 2020 season, it was expected that 100 Thieves would fight for the top three and maybe even go all the way. 100 Thieves ended the recent split in fourth place, after being knocked out to TSM in the lower bracket.
Thankful for the opportunity with
@100Thieves. I will miss everyone I worked with during my time there dearly and am sad things ended this way. As for the future, I’m not sure what it holds yet and if it’s time for me to take a break or not, but I will be fielding offers. LFT

100 Thieves rumored to buy out Fnatic mid laner Nisqy
Reapered might not be the only fresh face on 100 Thieves, as a recent rumor suggests they’ll be swapping mid laners.
According to Turkey’s Esporing, 100 Thieves is in talks with Fnatic mid laner
Yasin “Nisqy” Dinçer after just one split in Europe. Nisqy played two years for Cloud9 under Reapered and could potentially be the right player to round out 100 Thieves’ squad moving forward.
As Nisqy’s replacement, it’s also rumored that Fnatic is looking at Schalke 04’s Felix “Abbedagge” Braun. It’s already looking like the break before the next split will be full of roster moves, but everything remains rumors for now.
